IMPLEMENTATION OF GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE PRINCIPLES (CASE STUDY : GRAHA MITRA BEKASI CLINIC)

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penerapan good corporate governance di Klinik Graha Mitra Bekasi. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalui wawancara dan observasi. Pengolahan data dilakukan secara deskripsi kualitatif, kemudian diuraikan serta melakukan klasifikasi terhadap aspek masalah dan memaparkan melalui kalimat efektif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Klinik Graha telah menerapkan  prinsip GCG namun belum sepenuhnya optimal. Pertama, dalam prinsip akuntabilitas menjelaskan bahwa struktur organisasi perusahaan belum memenuhi standar yang seharusnya dan Job description yang masih tumpang tindih. Kedua, dalam prinsip transparansi, penyampaian informasi laporan keuangan yang hanya boleh diketahui oleh pemegang saham, direktur dan manager keuangan.

The purpose of this research is to determine the implementation of good corporate governance at Graha Mitra Bekasi Clinic. The research used is descriptive qualitative research. The data collection technique used is through interviews and observation. Data processing is carried out using qualitative descriptions, then described and classified aspects of the problem and explained through effective sentences. The results of this research show that Graha Clinic has implemented GCG principles but is not yet fully optimal. First, the principle of accountability explains that the company's organizational structure has not met the standards it should and job descriptions still overlap. Second, in the principle of transparency, the delivery of financial report information that can only be known by shareholders, directors and financial managers.
