STRATEGI HIMPUNAN MAHASISWA PECINTA ALAM UNESA DALAM PEMBENTUKAN KARAKTER PEDULI LINGKUNGAN
STRATEGY OF UNESA NATURAL LOVERS ASSOCIATION OF STUDENTS IN ESTABLISHING ENVIRONMENT CARE CHARACTER
Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis strategi himpunan mahasiswa pecinta alam Unesa dalam pembentukan karakter peduli lingkungan. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori observasional Albert Bandura yang terdiri dari proses perhatian, proses mengingat, proses pembentukan, proses motivasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi. Wawancara dilakukan dengan empat informan yang memenuhi kriteria, data dianalisis dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarakan hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa strategi pembentukan karakter peduli lingkungan di Himapala Unesa meliputi 1) mempererat rasa solidaritas, 2) keteladanan yang berkaitan dengan karakter peduli lingkungan, 3) pemberian pengetahuan tentang pentingnya peduli lingkungan, 4) mengadakan program kerja yang berkaitan dengan kepedulian lingkungan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi Himapala Unesa dalam pembentukan karakter peduli lingkungan pada anggotanya dalam memperoleh pengetahuan aspek kognitif terkait peduli lingkungan kurang terjadwal diberikan secara khusus. This study aims to analyze the strategy of the Unesa nature lover student association in building environmental care characters. The theory used in this study is Albert Bandura's observational theory which consists of the process of attention, the process of remembering, the process of formation, the process of motivation. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. Interviews were conducted with four informants who met the criteria, the data were analyzed by data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the data analysis, it can be concluded that the strategy of character building caring for the environment at Himapala Unesa includes 1) strengthening a sense of solidarity, 2) exemplary relating to the character of caring for the environment, 3) providing knowledge about the importance of caring for the environment, 4) holding a work program related to caring for the environment. environment. This study shows that Himapala Unesa's strategy in building environmental care characters for its members in obtaining knowledge of cognitive aspects related to environmental care is not specifically given.
