Development of Interactive Powerpoint Learning Media Add-Ins Classpoint on Biotechnology to Increase Learning Motivation for 12th Grade in Senior High School or Islamic Senior High School
Tuntutan pembelajaran abad ke-21 meliputi dorongan untuk peserta didik dalam mempelajari materi melalui contoh, implementasi dan pengalaman secara nyata di dalam maupun luar sekolah. Kejadian luar biasa yang mewabah di seluruh dunia tidak terkecuali Indonesia pada akhir tahun 2019 yaitu, Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) yang berpengaruh dalam proses pembelajaran secara langsung. Dalam pemenuhan tuntutan yang menjadi bagian dari kerangka pelaksanaan kurikulum 2013 tersebut tentu melibatkan pemanfaatan teknologi secara tepat, terjangkau dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan dan mendeskripsikan kelayakan powerpoint interaktif add-ins classpoint secara teoritis dan empiris dikaji dari hasil validitas para ahli dan hasil respon peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan model ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) yang dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif dengan validitas oleh dosen ahli media, dosen ahli materi dan guru biologi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Jurusan Biologi, FMIPA, UNESA dan dilakukan uji coba terbatas pada 10 peserta didik MA Negeri Bangkalan. Berdasarkan kelayakan teoritis powerpoint yang dikembangkan rata-rata persentase yang didapatkan sebesar 97,53% pada hasil validitas. Sedangkan kelayakan empiris rata-rata persentase yang didapatkan sebesar 97,72% dari hasil respon peserta didik. Dengan demikian, media powerpoint interaktif add-ins classpoint sangat layak untuk diimplementasikan dalam pembelajaran materi bioteknologi kelas XII SMA/MA. Hasil dari penelitian ini bermanfaat dalam peningkatan motivasi belajar dan penguasaan peserta didik terhadap materi pembelajaran serta powerpoint ini juga dapat diterapkan pada materi lainnya dengan fitur pendukung yang terdapat di dalamnya.
The demands of 21st century learning includes encouragement for students to learn the material through examples, implementations and real experiences inside and outside school. An extraordinary event that are endemic throughout the world, including Indonesia at the end of 2019, named Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19) had a influential on the learning process directly. To meet the demands that were part of the framework for implementing the 2013 curriculum which would involve the use of appropriate, technology effectively and sustainable. The purpose of this research was to generate and describe the theoretical and empirical feasibility based on add-ins classpoint interactive powerpoint in terms of the results of the validity of the experts and the results of student responses. This research used ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) which was analyzed descriptively quantitatively with validity by media expert lecturers, material expert lecturers and biology teachers. This research was conducted at the Department of Biology, FMIPA, UNESA and a limited trial was conducted on 10 students of MA Negeri Bangkalan. Based on the theoretical feasibility of powerpoint developed, the average percentage obtained is 97.53% on the validity results. While the empirical feasibility of the average percentage obtained is 97.72% of the results of student responses. Therefore, addins classpoint interactive powerpoint media in biotechnology topic is very feasible to be implemented in the learning of class XII SMA/MA. The results of this research are useful in increasing learning motivation and student mastery of learning materials and this powerpoint can also be applied to other materials with supporting features contained in it.
