Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan Lembar Kegiatan Peserta
Didik (LKPD) berbasis Biotechnopreneurship untuk melatih
kemampuan wirausaha dan keterampilan proses sains yang valid,
praktis, dan efektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode
pengembangan instruksional Fenrich yang meliputi tahap analisis,
perencanaan, perancangan, pengembangan, implementasi serta
evaluasi dan revisi. Ujicoba LKPD dilakukan di SMAN 16 Surabaya
terhadap 20 peserta didik kelas XII. Parameter yang diukur dalam
penelitian ini berupa validitas, kepraktisan dan keefektifan LKPD.
Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian
menunjukkan validitas LKPD memperoleh rata-rata skor sebesar 3,9
dengan kategori sangat valid. Kepraktisan LKPD ditinjau dari
keterlaksanaan aktivitas peserta didik yang memperoleh rata-rata
persentase sebesar 94% dengan kategori sangat praktis. Keefektifan
LKPD dinyatakan sangat efektif ditinjau dari hasil tes kemampuan
wirausaha dan keterampilan proses sains dengan perolehan
persentase ketercapaian indikator masing-masing sebesar 90,83%
dan 90,64%; hasil proyek peserta didik dengan skor 91,5% serta
respon positif peserta didik sebesar 90,71%. Hasil tersebut
menunjukkan bahwa LKPD yang dikembangkan layak secara teoritis
dan empiris berdasarkan validitas, kepraktisan dan keefektifan
LKPD.

The aim of this research is to develop a valid, practice and effective
student worksheet based on biotechnopreneurship to train
entrepreneurship skill and science process skills. This research
developed by Fenrich instruktional method which consist of analysis,
design, planning, develop, implementation and evaluate dan
revision. The student worksheet examines on twenty twelfth-grade
students of Surabaya 16 Senior High School. The parameters
considered in this research are validity, practicality and effectiveness.
Data analysis was performed by quantitative descriptive analysis.
The result shows that the average of student worksheet validity is 3,9
which is very valid. Practicality of student worksheet determined by
the implementation of student activities is 94% which is very
practical. The effectiveness of student worksheet is declared very
effective by the result entrepreneur and science process skills test
with achievement of indicators is about 90,83% and 90,64%; student
project result which is 91,5% and positive student response is about
90,71%. These result shows that the developed of student worksheet
is declared theoretically and empirically feasible based on the
validity, practicality and effectiveness of student worksheet.
