Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen bina prestasi bagi peserta didik melalui studi kasus multi situs di SMAN 1 Gresik dan SMAN 1 Manyar. Fokus penelitian mencakup perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan program bina prestasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi, kemudian divalidasi dengan teknik triangulasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua sekolah memiliki manajemen bina prestasi yang komprehensif dan terstruktur. Dalam perencanaan, tujuan program berfokus pada pengembangan prestasi akademik dan non-akademik hingga tingkat internasional, didukung oleh SDM kompeten, sarana prasarana memadai, dan pendanaan. Pengorganisasian ditopang oleh struktur organisasi formal dengan pembagian tugas dan tanggung jawab yang jelas serta koordinasi intensif. Pelaksanaan program meliputi kegiatan akademik OSN dan non-akademik yang bervariasi, dengan dukungan motivasi dari pimpinan dan komunikasi efektif antar pelaksana. Pengawasan dilakukan secara komprehensif melalui pemantauan rutin dan tindakan korektif adaptif. Perbedaan utama ditemukan pada jadwal pelaksanaan OSN akademik: SMAN 1 Gresik dilkasanakan pada jam efektif sekolah secara mandiri dan terbimbing, sedangkan SMAN 1 Manyar dilaksanakan terbimbing di luar jam efektif sekolah. Studi ini berkontribusi pada pemahaman model manajemen bina prestasi yang efektif di tingkat sekolah menengah atas.

This research aims to analyze achievement development management for students through a multi-site case study at SMAN 1 Gresik and SMAN 1 Manyar. The research focuses on the planning, organizing, implementation, and supervision of achievement development programs. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation, then validated using data triangulation techniques. The research findings indicate that both schools have comprehensive and structured achievement development management. In terms of planning, program objectives focus on developing academic and non-academic achievements up to an international level, supported by competent human resources, adequate facilities and infrastructure, and funding. Organizing is supported by a formal organizational structure with clear task and responsibility divisions, as well as intensive coordination. Program implementation includes varied academic activities with OSN (National Science Olimpiade) and non-academic activities, with motivational support from leadership and effective communication among implementers. Supervision is conducted comprehensively through routine monitoring and adaptive corrective actions. A key difference found is in the schedule for academic OSN implementation: SMAN 1 Gresik conducts it independently and under guidance during effective school hours, while SMAN 1 Manyar conducts it under guidance outside of effective school hours. This study contributes to understanding effective models of achievement development management at the senior high school level.
