Pengaruh Teamwork Dan Perilaku Inovatif Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Puskesmas Perak Timur Kota Surabaya Dengan Kompetensi Sebagai Variabel Moderasi

The Effect of Teamwork and Innovative Behavior on Employee Performance at Puskesmas Perak Timur Surabaya City with Competence as a Moderating Variable

Kinerja pegawai pada fasilitas layanan kesehatan yang optimal akan meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kesehatan dan kepuasan pengguna layanan kesehatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa pengaruh teamwork dan perilaku inovatif terhadap kinerja dengan kompetensi sebagai variabel moderasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di  Puskesmas Perak Timur, dengan Judgement sampling didapatkan sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 47 responden. Analisa data secara statistik dengan pendekatan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dan teknik Partial Least Squares (PLS) melalui perangkat lunak SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan antara lain teamwork memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, semakin sering pegawai menerapkan teamwork maka semakin tinggi kinerja yang didapatkan. Selanjutnya, Perilaku inovatif berpengaruh positif signifikan antara terhadap kinerja pegawai, semakin sering perilaku inovatif diimplementasikan maka semakin tinggi kinerja yang didapatkan. kompetensi sebagai variabel moderating terbukti tidak signifikan dan tidak berperan dalam memengaruhi hubungan antara teamwork terhadap kinerja. Selain itu, kompetensi sebagai variabel moderating juga terbukti tidak signifikan dan tidak berperan dalam memengaruhi hubungan antara perilaku inovatif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Pegawai puskesmas menganggap tidak semua pegaawai harus memiliki kompetensi, seluruh kegiatan bisa dikerjakan secara tim dan saling membantu satu dengan lainnya.

The performance of employees at optimal health care facilities will improve the quality of health services and the satisfaction of health service users. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of teamwork and innovative behavior on performance with competence as a moderating variable. This research was conducted at the Puskesmas Perak Timur, with Judgement sampling obtained a sample of 47 respondents. The results of this study explain, among others, that teamwork has a significant positive effect on employee performance, the more often employees apply teamwork, the higher the performance obtained. Puskesmas employees consider that not all employees must have competence, all activities can be done in teams and help each other.
