Wisata Bahari Lamongan didirikan sebagai penyeimbnag terhadap obyek wisata yang telah ada sebelumnya, yaitu Wisata Tanjung Kodok dan Wisata Goa Maharani. Berdiri pada tanggal 14 Nopemebr 2004 Wisata Bahari Lamongan terletak di pesisir bagian utara Pulau Jawa, tepatnya di Kecamatan Paciran, Kabupaten Lamongan hadir dengan keunikan hasil perpaduan aspek-aspek Nature (Alam ), Culture (Budaya), dan Architecture (Arsitek) yang bernuansa global dengan tetap mempertahankan ciri khas budaya lokal.
Seperti kebanyakan organisasi maupun industri lainnya, bagi manajemen Wisata Bahari Lamongan, memiliki SDM kualitas yang mumpuni ditengah gencarnya persaingan antar industri merupakan hal penting. SDM merupakan Sumber daya yang berpengaruh terhadap kegiatan usaha perusahaan baik bagi perusahaan jasa maupun manufaktur.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh employee engagement terhadap kinerja civic virtu melalui Affective Commitment. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kausalitas dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh dengan jumlah 33 responden pada karyawan kantor Wisata Bahari Lamongan. Adapun analisis statistik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan bantuan software smartPLS 3.0.
Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa employee engagement tidak berpengaruh terhadap civic virtue. Employee engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap affective commitment. Affective commitment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Civic virtue. Employee engagement. berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Civic virtue melalui Affective commitment .
Implikasi penelitian yang bisa diterapkan pada perusahaan yaitu perlunya perusahaan untuk tetap melakukan kebijakan menanamkan nilai “ rasa memiliki “. Walaupun dalam hal ini mungkin baru terlihat kepedulian antar karyawan perdepartement. Akan tetapi dengan diterapkan hal ini maka, lama kelamaan akan dapat menumbuhkan antar karyawan satu sama lain.

WBL (Wisata Bahari Lamongan) was established as a counterpart to pre-existing tourism objects, namely Tanjung Kodok Tourism and Goa Maharani Tourism. Established on November 14, 2004, WBL is located on the northern coast of Java, precisely in Paciran Subdistrict, Lamongan Regency comes with a unique blend of aspects of Nature, Culture, and Architecture (Architect) with a global nuance. while maintaining the characteristics of local culture.
Like most organizations and other industries, for the management of Maritime Tourism Lamongan, having qualified human resources in intense competition between industries is important. HR is a resource that affects the company's business activities both for service companies and manufacturers.
The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of employee engagement on the performance of civic virtu through Affective Commitment. This research is causality research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique uses saturated samples with 33 respondents in the WBL Office employees. The statistical analysis used in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of smart PLS 3.0 software.
The results of this study explain that employee engagement does not affect civic virtue. Employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on affective commitment. Affective commitment has a positive and significant effect on Civic virtue. Employee engagement. a positive and significant effect on the civic virtue through Affective commitment.
The research implications that can be applied to companies are the need for companies to continue to embed a policy of "ownership". Although in this case there may only be concern among the department employees. However, with this applied then, over time will be able to grow between employees with each other.
