THE INFLUENCE OF MOTIVATION AND ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT BPJS KETENAGAKERJAAN SURABAYA KARIMUNJAWA
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Surabaya Karimunjawa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Metode pengambilan sampel didalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh dengan total respoden sebanyak 33 karyawan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Surabaya Karimunjawa dan menggunakan teknik analisis data regresi dengan Software Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) versi 29. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dab variabel komitmen organisasi juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Adapun hasil penelitian juga membuktikan bahwa morivasi dan komitmen organisasi secara bersama – sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of motivation and organizational commitment on employee performance. This research was conducted at BPJS Employment Surabaya Karimunjawa. This research uses a quantitative research approach. The sampling method in this research used a saturated sampling technique with a total of 33 respondents from BPJS Employment Surabaya Karimunjawa and used regression data analysis techniques with Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) software version 29. The results of the research show that motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, and the organizational commitment variable also has a significant effect on employee performance. The research results also prove that motivation and organizational commitment together have a significant effect on employee performance.
