PENGEMBANGAN E-MODUL COKLAT PRALINE BERBASIS FLIP PDF PROFESSIONAL BAGI SISWA SMK KULINER
DEVELOPMENT OF CHOCOLATE PRALINE E-MODULES BASED ON FLIP PDF PROFESSIONAL FOR CULINARY SMK STUDENT
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) hasil pengembangan dari e-modul berbasis Flip pdf professional pada KD Coklat Praline; 2) kelayakan e-modul berbasis Flip pdf professional pada KD Coklat Praline; 3) respon siswa terhadap e-modul berbasis Flip pdf professional pada KD Coklat Praline. Model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation dan Evalution) yang dibatasi hanya dalam 3 tahapan, tahapan penelitian ini terdiri atas: 1) Analisis 2) Perencanaan 3) Pengembangan. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuisoner, baik untuk kelayakan media, materi maupun respon siswa. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) e-modul bisa digunakan sekaligus diakses melalui offline maupun online 2) materi dan media e-modul berbasis flip pdf professional layak digunakan sebagai bahan ajar dengan kategori sangat baik yakni rata-rata skor materi 4,65 dan media 4,7; 3) Respon peserta didik terhadap e-modul kompetensi dasar coklat praline berbasis flip pdf professional berada kategori sangat baik dengan rata-rata 4,45.

This study aims to determine: 1) the results of the development of e-modules based on Flip pdf professional on KD Praline Chocolate; 2) the feasibility of e-modules based on Flip pdf professional on KD Praline Chocolate; 3) student responses to e-modules based on Flip pdf professional on KD Praline Chocolate. The ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evalution) which is limited to only 3 stages, the stages of this research consist of: 1) Analysis 2) Planning 3) Development. Research data were collected using questionnaires, both for media feasibility, material and student responses. The results of the study showed that: 1) e-modules can be used as well as accessed via offline or online 2) material and media e-modules based on professional flip pdf are feasible to use as teaching materials with a very good category, namely the average score of 4.65 material and 4.7 media; 3) Students' responses to the e-module basic competencies of chocolate praline based on professional flip pdf are in the very good category with an average of 4.45.
