Implementation of the Integrative Holistic program for education services at Insan Cendekia Kindergarten during the COVID-19 pandemic
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskirpsikan penyelenggaraan program PAUD Holistik Integratif (HI) layanan pendidikan di TK Insan Cendekia pada masa pandemi COVID-19. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data pada penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui teknikdokumentasi, observasi, dan wawancara. Lebih lanjut, data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis melalui 3 tahapan, yakni kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa TK Insan Cendekia melaksanakan layanan pendidikan sebagai salah satu layanan PAUD HI dengan baik meski dalam pandemi COVID-19. Hal ini dapat diketahui melalui terpenuhinya komponen dan indicator keberhasilan PAUD HI meski beberapa komponen dan indicator kurang maksimal. Adapun hambatan yang ditemui adalah diberlakukannya pembelajaran terbatas dimana siswa dibagi secara bergiliran mengkiti kegiatan belajar mengajar secara daring dan luring. Faktor pendukung keberhasilan terlaksananya program holistik integratif di TK Insan Cendekia adalah kerjasama antara guru, orang tua, kepala sekolah, ketua yayasan sehingga kebutuhan esensial pada anak terpenuhi. This study aims to describe the implementation of the Integrative Holistic program for education services at Insan Cendekia Kindergarten during the COVID-19 pandemic. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The data in this study were collected through documentation, observation, and interview techniques. Furthermore, the collected data is then analyzed through 3 stages, namely data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the Insan Cendekia Kindergarten carries out educational services as one of the HI PAUD services well despite the COVID-19 pandemic. This can be seen through the fulfillment of the components and indicators of the success of HI ECD, although some components and indicators are not optimal. The obstacles encountered were the implementation of limited learning where students were divided in turns to participate in online and offline teaching and learning activities. The supporting factor for the successful implementation of an integrative holistic program in Insan Cendekia Kindergarten is the collaboration between teachers, parents, principals, and heads of foundations so that the essential needs of children are met.
