Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan buku ajar konsep dasar IPS berbasis pembelajaran quantum. Model pengembangan tersebut menggunakan model four-D yaitu define, design, develop dan disseminate. Uji coba penelitian ini dilakukan pada mahasiswa program studi PGSD STKIP YAPIS DOMPU angkatan 2017, dengan menggunakan teknik pretest-posttest group design.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, validitas buku ajar berkategori baik dan layak digunakan dengan nilai rata-rata validitas isi dan bahasa sebesar 3.68 dan pada validitas penyajian kegrafikaan mendapat skor rata-rata 3.87. Kepraktisan buku ajar pada penelitian ini terlaksana dengan kategori baik, nilai rata-rata-rata koofisiennya sebesar 90.28%. Sedangkan untuk peningkatan hasil belajar kognitif, pada kelas eksperimen mendapatkan skor rata-rata 83 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 96.67%, lebih baik di banding dengan kelas kontrol dengan dibuktikan dengan hasil uji T-test. Penggunaan buku ajar pada penelitian ini mendapatkan respon yang baik dari mahasiswa, dengan 97.78% memberikan tanggapan yang positif.

            Berdasarkan hasil dan diskusi penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa buku ajar konsep dasar IPS berbasis pembelajaran quantum mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar kognitif.

The research aimed to develop a textbook of social basic concept based on quantum learning. The development model used four-D model (define, design, develop and disseminate). The research conducted the data from the students (second semester) of the primary education study program of STKIP YAPIS Dompu by using technique pretest-posttest group design. Based on the research result. The quality of the textbook was a good category and proper to be used. In terms of content and language validity obtained an average score 3.68 score average, and presentation and graphic design obtained an average score of 3.87. the practice of the textbook in this research was implemented with a good category, with a coefficient average of 90.28%. While, in terms of the increase of cognitive learning, experiment class obtained the average score 83 with classical exhaustiveness 96.67%, the result was better than control class which proven by t-test. The use of the textbook in the research got a good response from the students which 97.78% gave a positive response.

Based on result and discussion, it concluded that the textbook of social basic concept based on quantum learning was able to increase cognitive learning achievement.
