KUALITAS TIDUR DI ERA PANDEMI COVID-19 SISWA SMA MUHAMMADIYAH 2 SURABAYA
SLEEP QUALITY IN THE ERA COVID-19 PANDEMIC FOR STUDENT AT MUHAMMADIYAH SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL SURABAYA
Pandemi covid-19 membawa dampak bagi aktivitas makhluk hidup di dunia bahkan di Indonesia, sehingga aktivitas yang dilakukan di luar rumah seperti bekerja, bersosialisasi, dan bersekolah dibatasi dengan adanya protokol kesehatan yang sangat ketat. Pembelajaran siswa dilaksanakan dengan bantuan dari gawai atau smartphone untuk memudahkan proses belajar mengajar. Namun dengan adanya penggunaan gawai tersebut siswa dapat menyalahkan gunakan media tersebut dengan menggunakannya lebih dari waktu seharusnya. Hal ini dapat berpengaruh terhadap kebiasaan sehari-hari yang dilakukan siswa, seperti kualitas tidur. Penulis melakukan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas tidur siswa SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Surabaya selama pandemi covid-19.
Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan mengambil sampel dari siswa kelas XI. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuisioner Pitsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). Analisis data menggunakan presentase. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data dapat dijelaskan bahwa kualitas tidur sebanyak 20 siswa (28, 98%) dinyatakan sangat baik, responden dinyatakan baik sebanyak 22 siswa (31, 88 %) , responden kurang, 27 siswa (39,13%). Hal yang diakibatkan karena pola tidur yang kurang baik adalah dapat mengurangi konsentrasi dalam menerima materi pada saat pembelajaran dan menurunnya kesehatan fisik akibat kelelahan, karena tidak mendapat istirahat yang cukup.

The Covid-19 pandemic has an impact on the activities of living things in the world and even in Indonesia, so that activities carried out outside the home such as working, socializing, and attending school are limited by very strict health protocols. Student learning is carried out with the help of gadgets or smartphones to facilitate the teaching and learning process. However, with the use of these gadgets, students can blame the use of these media by using them more than they should. This can affect students' daily habits, such as sleep quality.The author conducted this study aimed to determine the quality of sleep of students of SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Surabaya during the COVID-19 pandemic.
This research was carried out using a quantitative descriptive method, by taking samples from class XI students who attended the school. Data collection was performed using the Pitsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) questionnaire. The results explained that as many as 28.98% of respondents were declared good, 31.88% of respondents were mild, and 39.13% of respondents were moderate. The result of poor sleep patterns is that it can reduce concentration in receiving material during learning and decreased physical health due to fatigue due to not getting enough rest.
