PENGEMBANGAN ALAT PERAGA OPTIK UNTUK MELATIHKAN LITERASI SAINS PESERTA DIDIK SMA
DEVELOPMENT OF OPTICAL FIGURE TOOLS TO IMPROVE LITERATION OF SCIENCE STUDENTS SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL
Alat peraga adalah alat yang dapat membantu proses pembelajaran. Alat peraga sangat berperan penting dalam mendukung proses pembelajaran di sekolah yang dilakukan oleh pendidik agar proses pembelajaran peserta didik lebih efektif dan efisien. Alat peraga dapat di katakan alat bantu dalam proses pembelajaran sehingga dapat membantu peserta didik yang mengalami kesulitan dalam melakukan penyelidikan melalui kegiatan ilmiah, sehingga peserta didik dapat menemukan konsep sains dan mampu menciptakan kemampuan literasi sains. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan alat peraga optik yang layak digunakan untuk melatihkan literasi sains peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian model DDD-E dengan tahapan meliputi perencanaan (decide), perancangan (design), pengembangan (develop), dan penilaian (evaluate). Sumber data yang digunakan peneliti adalah validitas kelayakan alat peraga optik yang ditelaah dua dosen ahli dari Fisika, Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam Unesa. Hasil validitas kelayakan alat peraga optik diperoleh sebesar 92.50% dengan kategori sangat valid dan layak digunakan. Berdasarkan hasil validasi alat peraga optik dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan alat peraga optik untuk melatihkan literasi sains peserta didik pada materi alat optik sub pokok bahasan pemantulan dan pembiasan cahaya, dapat dikatakan layak digunakan.

Teaching aids are tools that can help the learning process. Teaching aids play an important role in supporting the learning process in schools conducted by educators so that the learning process of students is more effective and efficient. Teaching aids can be said as aids in the learning process so that it can help students who have difficulty in conducting investigations through scientific activities, so students can find scientific concepts and be able to create scientific literacy skills of students. In this study the researchers aimed to develop teaching aids optics that are feasible to use to train students' scientific literacy. This study uses the DDD-E model research method with stages including design, design, develop, and evaluate. The data source of this research is the validity of the optical props worthiness which was examined by two expert lecturers from Physics, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences Unesa. The results of the study on the feasibility of optical teaching aids obtained by 92.50% with a category that is very valid and worth using. Based on the results of the validation of optical teaching aids it can be concluded that the development of optical teaching aids to train students scientific literacy in the optical subject material of the subject of reflection and refraction of light can be said to be feasible to use.
