PT PLN (Persero) merupakan perusahaan BUMN yang bergerak dibidang jasa kelistrikan, perusahaan ini memiliki hak monopoli terhadap penjualan listrik di Indonesia sehingga keberadaannya sangat dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat. Sebagai penyedia layanan ketenagalistrikan yang resmi ditunjuk oleh pemerintah, PT PLN mempunyai tugas utama untuk membangkitkan, menyalurkan serta mendistribusikan tenaga listrik kepada masyarakat.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Spiritual Intelligence terhadap kinerja karyawan, Pengaruh Organizational Culture terhadap kinerja karyawan, Pengaruh Spiritual Intelligence terhadap Organizational Commitment, Pengaruh Organizational Culture terhadap Organizational Commitment, Pengaruh Organizational Commitment terhadap kinerja karyawan, Pengaruh Spiritual Intelligence dan Organizational Culture terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui Organizational Commitment sebagai variabel intervening. Pada penelitian ini sampel yang digunakan ialah karyawan tetap PT PLN (Persero) UP2B Jawa Timur yang berjumlah 62 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan ialah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan program smartPLS 3.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Spiritual Intelligence tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Organizational Culture berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Spiritual Intelligence berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap Organizational Commitment, Organizational Commitment berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Spiritual Intelligence tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan melalui Organizational Commitment sebagai variabel intervening, Organizational Culture tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan melalui Organizational Commitment sebagai variabel intervening.
PT PLN (Persero) is a state-owned company engaged in the service of electricity, the company has a monopoly on the sale of electricity in Indonesia so that its presence is needed by society. As a service provider of electricity which is officially designated by the government, PT PLN has primary responsibility for generating, transmitting and distributing electricity to the public.
The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the influence of Spiritual Intelligence on employee performance, Influence of Organizational Culture on employee performance, Influence of Spiritual Intelligence on Organizational Commitment, Influence of Organizational Culture on Organizational Commitment, Influence of Organizational Commitment on employee performance, Effect of Spiritual Intelligence and Organizational Culture on employee performance through Organizational Commitment as an intervening variable. In this study the samples used are permanent employees of PT PLN (Persero) UP2B East Java, which amounted to 62 people. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Model (SEM) with smartPLS.3 program.
The results of this study indicate that the Spiritual Intelligence does not significantly influence employee performance, Organizational Culture positive significant effect on employee performance, Spiritual Intelligence positive significant effect on Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture positive significant effect on Organizational Commitment, Organizational Commitment positive significant effect on employee performance, spiritual Intelligence does not significantly influence employee performance through Organizational Commitment as an intervening variable, Organizational Culture no significant effect on employee performance through Organizational Commitment as an intervening variable.
