PERAN LINGKUNGAN SOSIAL KELUARGA TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR IPS PESERTA DIDIK SELAMA PANDEMI COVID-19
THE ROLE OF THE SOCIAL FAMILY ENVIRONMENT ON THE STUDENTS' STUDENTS' IPS STUDY OUTCOMES DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC
Peran lingkungan sosial keluarga sangat dibutuhkan pembelajaran anak, terutama dalam proses pembelajaran anak selama pandemi covid-19. Kebanyakan orang tua memiliki pandangan bahwa keterlibatan mereka hanya sebatas memenuhi biaya keperluan sekolah dan menyediakan sarana dan prasana yang baik. Sehingga orang tua harus memberikan lingkungan keluarga yang baik agar anak merasa dihargai dan bisa belajar dengan nyaman. Sebaliknya apabila anak berada di lingkungan kelurga yang kurang baik akan memberikan dampak buruk seperti kesulitan belajar dan anak akan cenderung malas belajar karena merasa tidak ada yang memperdulikannya. Sehingga artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan peran lingkungkan sosial keluarga dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS selama pandemi covid-19 di SMP Negeri 1 Jogorogo.
Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Jenis penelitian dilakukan dengan kajian fenomenologi dimana subjek penelitian adalah beberapa orang tua yang ada di SMP Negeri 1 Jogorogo. Dalam penelitian ini hasil wawancara, hasil observasi dan hasil dokumentasi dikumpulkan, serta memfokuskan hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan analisis lingkungan sosial keluarga terhadap hasil belajar IPS.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran orang tua di SMP Negeri 1 Jogorogo termasuk tinggi, terlihat pada perubahan perilaku peserta didik berupa hasil belajar yang meningkat karena didukung adanya lingkungan keluarga yang baik.

The role of the family's social environment is very much needed in children's learning, especially in the child's learning process during the COVID-19 pandemic. Most parents have the view that their involvement is only limited to meeting school fees and providing good facilities and infrastructure. So that parents must provide a good family environment so that children feel valued and can learn comfortably. On the other hand, if the child is in a poor family environment, it will have a negative impact such as learning difficulties and the child will tend to be lazy to learn because they feel no one cares about them. So this article aims to describe the role of the family social environment in improving social studies learning outcomes during the covid-19 pandemic at SMP Negeri 1 Jogorogo.
The method used in this study is a qualitative research method. This type of research was carried out with a phenomenological study where the research subjects were several parents in SMP Negeri 1 Jogorogo. In this study, the results of interviews, observations and documentation results were collected, and focused on matters relating to the analysis of the family's social environment on social studies learning outcomes.
The results showed that the role of parents in SMP Negeri 1 Jogorogo was high, seen in the changes in student behavior in the form of increased learning outcomes because they were supported by a good family environment.
