THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE AND WORK ENGAGEMENT ON EMPLOYEES OF PT. MITRA MEGAH BANGUNAN ABADI
This study aims to determine the relationship between organizational culture and work engagement on employees of PT. Mitra Megah Bangunan Abadi. This study uses a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires directly based on the organizational culture scale and work engagement scale. The sample in this study used a saturated sampling of 85 permanent employees with a minimum of two years of service, of which 30 employees will be used as tryout and 55 others were used as subjects of the study. The data collection method in this research uses pearson product moment correlation analysis assisted by IBM SPSS 25 for windows. The results of the hypothesis test of this study, showed the results of the correlation coefficient value of 0,595 with p= 0,000 (p>0,05). Based on the results of this study, there is a positive and significant relationship between organizational culture and work engagement on employees of PT. Mitra Megah Bangunan Abadi. Positive results indicate that the higher the organizational culture, the higher the work engagement of the employees PT. Mitra Megah Bangunan Abadi.
