Dasar kajiannya merupakan hasil pemikiran dan kajian pustaka yang dielaborasi dalam bentuk langkah pembelajaran dengan pendekatan TGT agar dapat diterapkan di lapangan. Dengan langkah-langkah operasional, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan dasar dribbling bagi pembelajar secara lebih mudah dan menyenangkan. Pembahasan terfokus pada 2 sasaran, yaitu bagaimana konsep permainan dribbling pada permainan sepak bola, dan bagaimana pembelajaran keterampilan dasar dribbling dalam permainan sepak bola dengan pendekatan kooperatif tipe TGT. Secara konsep dribbling mengacu pada pandangan Scheuneman, serta unsur teknik dribbling menggunakan konsep teori Luxbacher. Penjaringan informasi digunakan teknik evaluasi lapangan, tanya jawab, perekaman data, dan kajian berbagai referensi. Sedangkan analisisnya menggunakan pendekatan analisis deskriptif. Hasilnya, sesuai dengan fokus masalah maka terbagi atas 2 sasaran. Pertama, berupa deskripsi tentang dasar bermain dribbling, yang meliputi teknik dribbling memakai sisi kaki dalam, sisi kaki luar, dan dipakainya punggung kaki. Kedua, merupakan tahapan belajar dribbling dengan pendekatan team games tournament, yang tertuang dalam bentuk langkah-langkah yang secara operasional dapat diterapkan dalam pembelajaran sepak bola pemula.
The basis for the study is the result of thinking and literature review which is elaborated in the form of learning steps with the TGT approach so that it can be applied in the field. With operational steps, it is hoped that it can increase the basic skills of dribbling for learners in an easier and more enjoyable way. The discussion focused on 2 objectives, namely how the concept of dribbling in soccer games, and how to learn basic dribbling skills in soccer games with the TGT type cooperative approach. The concept of dribbling refers to the views of Scheuneman, as well as elements of dribbling techniques using Luxbacher's theoretical concepts. Information gathering used field evaluation techniques, question and answer, data recording, and study of various references. While the analysis uses a descriptive analysis approach. The result, according to the focus of the problem, is divided into 2 targets. First, in the form of a description of the basic of playing dribbling, which includes dribbling techniques using the inner side of the foot, the outer side of the foot, and the wearing of the instep. Second, is the stage of learning dribbling with the team games tournament approach, which is set out in the form of steps thatcan be operationally applied in learning soccer for beginners.
