Penelitian ini bertujuan 1) untuk mengembangkan model latihan daya tahan aerobic untuk siswa sekolah menengah pertama (SMP), 2) untuk mengetahui validitas pengembangan model latihan daya tahan aerobic untuk siswa Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP), 3) untuk mengetahui kelayakan pengembangan model latihan daya tahan aerobic untuk siswa sekolah menengah pertama (SMP) 4) untuk mengetahui efektivitas pengembangan model latihan daya tahan aerobic untuk siswa Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP).
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan yang mengadopsi beberapa tahap milik Borg & Gall, yaitu: 1. Research and information collecting, 2. Planning, 3. Develop preliminary from of product, 4. Preliminary Field Testing, 5. Main Product Revision, 6. Main Field Testing, 7. Operational Product Revision, 8. Operational Field Testing, 9. Final Product Revision, 10. Dessemination and implementation. Uji skala kecil dilakukan pada siswa SMPN 1 Sampang kelas VII yang berjumlah 36 Siswa, sedangkan uji kelompok besar dilakukan pada siswa SMPN 1 Sampang kelas VIII dan IX yang berjumlah 57 Siswa. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan catatan observasi, kuesioner validasi, kuesioner untuk pelatih dan guru. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan skala likert dan perhitungan T-tes menggunakan SPSS 26.0 Pada Hasil prestest dan posttest.
Berdasarkan hasil penilaian ahli materi, model latihan daya tahan aerobic secara keseluruhan dinyatakan valid dengan rata-rata nilai V sebesar 0,899. Hasil dari uji kelompok kecil dari aspek pemahaman persentase 77%, aspek keterlaksanaan persentase 77%, aspek kemenarikan 78%, aspek kebermanfaatan persentase 81%,aspek tampilan persentase 76% maka dapat di simpulkan bahwa dari 4 model Latihan layak gunakan dan uji kelompok besar, model latihan daya tahan aerobic yang dikembangkan terbukti layak untuk digunakan hasil dari aspek pemahaman persentase 77%, aspek keterlaksanaan persentase 86%, aspek kemenarikan 83%, aspek kebermanfaatan persentase 83%,aspek tampilan persentase 79% maka dapat di simpulkan bahwa dari 4 model Latihan layak gunakan. Hasil dari uji efektivitas model latihan terbukti efektif meningkatkan VO2Max Siswa karena nilai Sig. 0.00 yang artinya adanya peningkatan yang signifikan dari 4 model Latihan tersebut, sedangkan efektivitas oleh pengguna efektif untuk digunakan oleh siswa karena model latihan daya tahan aerobic dari aspek menarik mendapatkan nilai persentase 91%, aspek sederhana mendapatkan nilai persentase 85%, aspek kesesuaian 88%, dan dari aspek terstruktur mendapatkan nilai persentase 88%. Maka dapat di simpulkan bahwa model latihan daya tahan aerobic efektif digunakan dan meningkatkan VO2Max Siswa Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP).

This study aims 1) to develop an aerobic endurance training model for junior high school (SMP) students, 2) to determine the validity of developing an aerobic endurance exercise model for junior high school (SMP) students, 3) to determine the feasibility of developing an aerobic endurance exercise model for junior high school students (SMP) 4) to determine the effectiveness of developing aerobic endurance training models for Junior High School (SMP) students.
This research uses research and development methods that adopt several stages owned by Borg & Gall, namely: 1. Research and information collecting, 2. Planning, 3. Develop preliminary from of product, 4. Preliminary Field Testing, 5. Main Product Revision, 6. Main Field Testing, 7. Operational Product Revision, 8. Operational Field Testing, 9. Final Product Revision, 10. Dissemination and implementation. The small-scale test was conducted on students of SMPN 1 Sampang class VII totaling 36 students, while the large group test was carried out on students of SMPN 1 Sampang class VIII and IX totaling 57 students. The data collection instrument uses observation records, validation questionnaires, questionnaires for trainers and teachers. The data analysis technique used in this study was using the Likert scale and t-test calculations using SPSS 26.0 on pretest and posttest results.
Based on the results of the material expert's assessment, the aerobic endurance training model was declared valid with an average V value of 0.899. The results of the small group test from the aspect of understanding the percentage of 77%, the aspect of implementation of the percentage of 77%, the aspect of attractiveness 78%, the aspect of usefulness percentage 81%, the aspect of display percentage 76%, it can be concluded that from 4 models of exercise feasible to use and large group tests, the aerobic endurance training model developed proved feasible to use the results of the aspect of understanding the percentage of 77%, aspect of implementation percentage 86%, aspect of attractiveness 83%, aspect of usefulness percentage 83%, aspect of display percentage 79% then it can be concluded that from 4 models of exercise feasible use. The results of the exercise model effectiveness test proved effective in increasing Student VO2Max because of the Sig. 0.00 value which means a significant increase from the 4 Exercise models, while the effectiveness by users is effective for use by students because the aerobic endurance exercise model from the attractive aspect gets a percentage value of 91%, the simple aspect gets a percentage value of 85%, the suitability aspect is 88%, and from the structured aspect, it gets a percentage value of 88%. So it can be concluded that the aerobic endurance training model is effectively used and increases the VO2Max of Junior High School (SMP) Students.
