Media pembelajaran adalah alat pendukung dalam merangsang pola pikir, kepekaan rasa dan dapat menjadi daya tarik perhatian peserta didik, berperan juga sebagai media pendukung pada semua mata pelajaran termasuk pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA) di sekolah dasar. Salah satunya materi organ pernapasan manusia yang mempelajari tentang organ yang tidak terlihat secara kasat mata dari bagian luar tubuh yaitu organ pernapasan. Penamaan yang sulit dan tata letak organ itu sendiri tidak terlihat secara langsung menimbulkan kesulitan bagi peserta didik dalam menghafalkannya. Pernyataan tersebut didukung dengan adanya observasi oleh peneliti saat menjalankan tugas PLP yang dilaksanakan di SD Negeri Kebraon II/437 Surabaya dan hasil wawancara guru kelas VA. Peneliti juga mendapati beberapa peserta didik membawa smartphone di sekolah yang digunakan untuk membuat konten yang bersifat hiburan saja, namun pada saat pembelajaran smartphone tersebut tidak digunakan untuk melihat secara luas wawasan pengetahuan. Sehingga peneliti merancang sebuah media pembelajaran berbasis android kedalam bentuk quiz game. Peneliti menggunakan jenis penelitian Research and Development dengan pendekatan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) berfokus untuk menghasilkan serta menguji kelayakan dan keefektifan produk yang dihasilkan. Peneltiian ini menghasilkan produk media pembelajaran berbasis android yaitu OPMA, kelayakan produk mendapatkan penilaian dari ahli sebesar 93,33% (materi) dan 91,25% (media) yang dinyatakan valid oleh ahli, keefektifan produk mencapai 0,5929% dinyatakan cukup efektif dan kepraktisan produk mendapatkan penilaian dari responden sebesar 98,125% yang dinyatakan sangat praktis.

Learning media is a supporting tool in stimulating mindsets, sensitivity to taste and can attract the attention of students, also plays a role as a supporting medium in all subjects including Natural Sciences (IPA) lessons in elementary schools. One of them is the material for the human respiratory organs which studies organs that are invisible to the naked eye from the outside of the body, namely the respiratory organs. Difficult naming and the layout of the organs themselves do not appear to directly cause difficulties for students in memorizing them. This statement is supported by observations by researchers while carrying out PLP assignments carried out at SD Negeri Kebraon II/437 Surabaya and the results of interviews with class VA teachers. The researcher also found that some students carried smartphones at school which were used to create entertainment content only, but during learning the smartphones were not used to broadly view knowledge insights. So the researchers designed an Android-based learning media in the form of a quiz game. Researchers use Research and Development research with the ADDIE approach (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) focusing on producing and testing the feasibility and effectiveness of the products produced. This research produced an android-based learning media product, namely OPMA, the product feasibility received an expert assessment of 93.33% (material) and 91.25% (media) which were declared valid by experts, product effectiveness reached 0.5929% which was stated to be quite effective and the practicality of the product received an assessment of 98.125% of the respondents which was stated to be very practical.
