PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA BIMBINGAN KARIER TIGAKA (TEKA-TEKI GAMBAR KARIER) UNTUK PERENCANAAN KARIER DI SMP KARTINI TAMAN SIDOARJO
Development of Career Guidance Media Tigaka (Career Picture Puzzle) for Career Planning at Smp Kartini Taman Sidoarjo
Perencanaan karier sangat diperlukan untuk membantu siswa dalam mencapai kariernya. Perencanan karier siswa SMP dapat dimulai dengan menambah wawasan karier untuk memberikan informasi kepada siswa agar siswa dapat menetapkan capaian kariernya. Data lapangan yang diperoleh peneliti 96% siswa di SMP Kartini Taman Sidoarjo belum memiliki perencanaan karier karena kurangnya wawasan karier. Sehingga peneliti mengembangkan media game teka teki gambar yang berisikan wawasan karier. Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan media Tigaka (Teka-teki gambar Karier) yang digunakan dalam bimbingan Karier di SMP Kartini Taman Sidoarjo. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Research and Development menggunakan model Borg & Gall yang disederhanakan menjadi 5 tahap oleh Puslitjaknov yaitu analisis kebutuhan produk, pengembangan produk, Validasi ahli, uji coba skala kecil, produk akhir. Hasil validasi yang didapatkan menunjukkan bahwa media Tigaka dinilai sangat layak rentang rata- rata 3,25 ≤ x < 4,00, validasi ahli media mendapatkan skor keseluruhan yaitu 3,81, ahli materi skor keseluruhan 3,44, ahli praktisi skor keseluruhan 3,77, serta uji coba pengguna mendapatkan skor keseluruhan 3,9. Media ini memfasilitasi bimbingan karier yang lebih menarik, kolaboratif serta memberikan manfaat praktis bagi siswa untuk memahami informasi karier dan perencanaan karier.
Career planning is necessary to help students achieve their career goals. Career planning for junior high school students can be started by adding career insight to provide information to students so that students can determine their career achievements. Field data obtained by researchers 96% of students at SMP Kartini Taman Sidoarjo do not have career planning due to lack of career insight. So the researcher developed a picture puzzle game media with career insights. This development research aims to determine the feasibility of Tigaka (Career Picture Puzzle) media used in career guidance at Kartini Taman Sidoarjo Junior High School. The type of research used is research and development using the Borg & Gall model, which is simplified into 5 stages by Puslitjaknov, namely product needs analysis, product development, expert validation, small-scale trials, final products. The validation results obtained show that Tigaka media is considered very feasible with an average range of 3.25 ≤ x < 4.00, media expert validation gets an overall score of 3.81, material experts get an overall score of 3.44, expert practitioners get an overall score of 3.77, and user trials get an overall score of 3.9. This media facilitates career guidance that is more interesting, collaborative, and provides practical benefits for students to understand career information and career planning.
