OF THE TAYUB GROUP OF PRINCESS KEN DEDES
IN SUMENEP DISTRICT
Grup Putri Ken Dedes, merupakan salah satu kelompok seniman yang bergerak dalam pertunjukan tayub yang eksis dan popular diwilayah Kabupaten Sumenep. Grup Putri KenDedes merupakan sekumpulan seniman professional yang sangaja menjual jasa kesenimanannya dalam pertunjukan tayub. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen pengelolaan organisasi Grup Putri KenDedes dalam menjalankan usahanya dibidang industri kreatif khususnya seni tayub diwilayah Kabupaten Sumenep. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui : observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka, serta didukung menggunakan peralatan rekaman audio-visual untuk mendokumentasikan data yang diperoleh. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Uji validitas data menggunakan teknik triangulasi meliputi : triangulasi metode dan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, pengelolaan organisasi Grup Putri KenDedes dilakukan melalui sistem manajemen seni pertunjukan dengan pola tradisional, mirip sistem “juragan”, namun dilakukan secara terbuka.Sistem manajemen yang dijalankan juga menggunakan pendekatan manajemen konvensional dengan menjalankan fungsi-fungsi manajemen meliputi: planning, organizing, actuating, dancontrolling. Dengan sistem manajemen yang mengutamakan keterbukaan, maka Grup Putri KenDedes tetap dapat mempertahankan eksistensinya didunia seni pertunjukan tayub.

Abstract
Putri Ken Dedes Group, is a group of artists engaged in tayub performances that exist and are popular in the Sumenep Regency area. Putri Ken Dedes Group is a group of professional artists who are willing to sell their artistic services in tayub performances. The purpose of this study is to describe the organizational management of the Putri Ken Dedes Group in running its business in the creative industry sector, especially tayub art in the Sumenep Regency area. The research was conducted using qualitative methods with data collection techniques through: observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study, and was supported using audio-visual recording equipment to document the data obtained. Data analysis techniques in this study were carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Test the validity of the data using triangulation techniques including: method triangulation and source triangulation. The results of the study show that the organizational management of the Putri Ken Dedes Group is carried out through a performing arts management system with a traditional pattern, similar to the "juragan" system, but is carried out openly. The management system that is run also uses a conventional management approach by carrying out management functions including: planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. With a management system that prioritizes openness, the Putri Ken Dedes Group can still maintain its existence in the world of tayub performing arts.
