ANALISIS KINERJA SEKOLAH DENGAN METODE BALANCED SCORECARD DI SDIT ATTAQWA 2 SURABAYA

SCHOOL PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS USING THE BALANCED SCORECARD METHOD AT SDIT ATTAQWA 2 SURABAYA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kinerja sekolah dengan metode balanced scorecard dan menghasilkan rencana aksi yang disusun berdasarkan hasil analisis kinerja. Ada pun sekolah yang menjadi tempat penelitian adalah SDIT Attaqwa 2 Surabaya. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian berjenis kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mengukur kinerja SDIT Attaqwa 2 Surabaya berdasarkan empat perspektif balanced scorecard yaitu perspektif pelanggan, perspektif keuangan, perspektif penyelenggaraan proses internal, dan perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan. Ada pun data yang digunakan adalah data primer langsung dari responden yang diperoleh dengan kuesioner untuk mengukur perspektif pelanggan dan penyelenggaraan proses internal. Penelitian didukung dengan data sekunder berupa data keuangan sekolah, program sekolah, khususnya untuk menganalisis kinerja perspektif keuangan dan perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan.

Hasil akhir penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja SDIT Attaqwa 2 Surabaya secara menyeluruh termasuk kategori sangat baik. Hasil penghitungan analisis kinerja dengan metode balanced scorecard pada aspek pelanggan di SDIT Attaqwa 2 Surabaya menunjukkan hasil kinerja yang sangat baik. Hal ini dapat diartikan bahwa pelanggan khususnya dalam hal ini orangtua siswa memberikan respon sangat puas atas pelayanan yang diselenggarakan SDIT Attaqwa 2 Surabaya. Hasil penghitungan analisis kinerja dengan metode balanced scorecard pada aspek keuangan di SDIT Attaqwa 2 Surabaya menunjukkan hasil kinerja yang baik. Ketiga indikator pada aspek keuangan menunjukkan hasil bahwa kinerja keuangan dalam keadaan yang ekonomis, efektif dan efisien. Hasil penghitungan analisis kinerja dengan metode balanced scorecard pada aspek penyelenggaraan proses internal di SDIT Attaqwa 2 Surabaya menunjukkan hasil kinerja yang sangat baik. Hasil penghitungan analisis kinerja dengan metode balanced scorecard pada aspek pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan di SDIT Attaqwa 2 Surabaya menunjukkan hasil kinerja yang sangat baik. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut, dirumuskan beberapa rencana aksi yang beisi beberapa perbaikan dan peningkatan mutu sesuai hasil analisis balanced scorecard, dengan demikian diharapkan tercapainya pengelolaan mutu yang lebih utuh dan terpadu berdasarkan penilaian di lapangan.

This research aims to measure school performance using the balanced scorecard method and produce an action plan prepared based on the results of performance analysis. And SDIT Attaqwa 2 Surabaya became the school that was used for this research. This research is a quantitative type of research with a quantitative descriptive design. The research was conducted by measuring the performance of SDIT Attaqwa 2 Surabaya based on four balanced scorecard perspectives, namely the customer perspective, financial perspective, internal process implementation perspective, and learning and growth perspective. The data used is primary data directly from respondents obtained using questionnaires to measure customer perspectives and the implementation of internal processes. The research was supported by secondary data in the form of school financial data and school programs, especially to analyze performance from a financial perspective and a learning and growth perspective.

The final results of this research show that the overall performance of SDIT Attaqwa 2 Surabaya is in the very good category. The results of calculating performance analysis using the balanced scorecard method on the customer aspect at SDIT Attaqwa 2 Surabaya show very good performance results. This can be interpreted that customers, especially in this case parents of students, provide very satisfied responses to the services provided by SDIT Attaqwa 2 Surabaya. The results of performance analysis calculations using the balanced scorecard method on financial aspects at SDIT Attaqwa 2 Surabaya show good performance results. The three indicators in the financial aspect show that financial performance is economical, effective and efficient. The results of performance analysis calculations using the balanced scorecard method on aspects of internal process implementation at SDIT Attaqwa 2 Surabaya show very good performance results. The results of performance analysis calculations using the balanced scorecard method on the learning and growth aspects at SDIT Attaqwa 2 Surabaya show very good performance results. From the results of this research, several action plans were formulated containing several improvements in quality according to the results of the balanced scorecard analysis.
