PERSEPSI GURU PJOK TERHADAP KURIKULUM MERDEKA BELAJAR DI SMA NEGERI SE - KABUPATEN BLTAR
THE PERCEPTION OF PHSYCAL EDUCATION TEACHERS TOWARD THE INDEPENDENT LEARNING CURRICULUM IN PUBLIC HIGH SCHOOL ACROSS BLITAR REGENCY
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini berorientasi untuk menggali pandangan guru PJOK mengenai pelaksanaan Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar di SMA Negeri yang berada di Kabupaten Blitar. Metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yang digunakan oleh peneliti dan dengan hasil dipaparkan dalam wujud presentase, Subjek penelitian terdiri dari seluruh guru PJOK di SMA Negeri se-Kabupaten Blitar, yang berjumlah 25 orang. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan pendekatan total sampling, sementara data dikumpulkan melalui angket menggunakan instrument (adopsi) berupa kuesioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan disajikan dalam bentuk persentase . Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa pandangan guru PJOK terhadap Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar terbagi dalam beberapa kategori, yaitu “rendah” sejumlah 12% (3 guru), “kurang” sebesar 28% (7 guru), “cukup” sebesar 28% (7 guru),p “baik” sejumlah 28% (7 guru), dan “sangat baik” sebesar 4% (1 guru). Berdasarkan data tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa persepsi guru PJOK secara i keseluruhan berada dalam kategori cukup. Pandangan guru PJOK di Kabupaten Blitar masih menunjukkan variasi yang berbeda, dengan sebagian besar berada pada kategori "cukup" hingga "baik", meskipun terdapat tantangan besar dalam pelaksanaannya. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menyajikan pemahaman tentang pandangan guru PJOK terhadap Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar dan menjadi bahan pertimbangan dalam evaluasi dan pengembangan kurikulum di SMA Negeri se - Kabupaten Blitar.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to explore the views of PJOK teachers regarding the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum in public high schools in Blitar Regency. The research employs a descriptive quantitative method, and the results are presented in the form of percentages. The subjects of the study consist of all PJOK teachers in public high schools across Blitar Regency, totaling 25 individuals. The sampling was conducted using a total sampling approach, while data were collected through questionnaires as the instrument (adopted). The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and presented in percentage form. The results reveal that the views of PJOK teachers toward the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum are divided into several categories: "low" 12% (3 teachers), "below average" 28% (7 teachers), "average" 28% (7 teachers), "good" 28% (7 teachers), and "very good" 4% (1 teacher). Based on these data, it can be concluded that the overall perception of PJOK teachers is in the 'average' category. The views of PJOK teachers in Blitar Regency still show variations, with the majority falling into the 'average' to 'good' categories, despite significant challenges in its implementation. This study is expected to provide insight into the perceptions of PJOK teachers toward the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum and serve as a consideration for iii the evaluation and development of the curriculum in public high schools in Blitar Regency.
