Pengembangan Modul T1 Rugby Untuk Ekstrakulikuler di Sekolah
Development of T1 Rugby Module for Extracurriculars in Schools
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan modul permainan T1 Rugby untuk ekstrakurikuler di sekolah. Latar belakang penelitian didasarkan pada kebutuhan akan model pembelajaran olahraga rugby yang aman, sistematis, dan menyenangkan, mengingat rugby masih tergolong baru di Indonesia dan sering dianggap berisiko tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model 4D (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). Modul T1 Rugby yang dikembangkan berfokus pada format non-kontak, pembelajaran berjenjang, serta integrasi nilai-nilai inti rugby seperti disiplin, kerja sama tim, integritas, dan solidaritas. Hasil validasi oleh para ahli menunjukkan tingkat kelayakan yang sangat tinggi. Modul ini juga memudahkan guru dan pelatih dalam proses pengajaran serta mendukung pembentukan karakter siswa. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan implementasi modul secara luas, pelatihan guru dan pelatih, serta pengembangan media pembelajaran interaktif untuk mendukung keberlanjutan program.
This research aims to develop a T1 Rugby game module for extracurricular activities in schools. The research background is based on the need for a safe, systematic, and fun model of rugby learning, considering that rugby is still relatively new in Indonesia and is often considered high-risk. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with a 4D model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). The T1 Rugby module developed focuses on a non-contact format, tiered learning, as well as the integration of rugby's core values such as discipline, teamwork, integrity, and solidarity. The results of validation by experts show a very high level of feasibility. This module also facilitates teachers and coaches in the teaching process and supports the formation of students' character. This research recommends the implementation of modules widely, teacher and trainer training, and the development of interactive learning media to support program sustainability.
