The Sempar Madura Bridge has a span of 40.6 meters and a bridge width of 7.5 meters. The construction of this bridge requires a very short time of 150 working days, the construction of this project runs from August 2017 beginning and ends in January 2018. The time needed for this project work has been delayed, therefore questions arise about the delay in this project. This Final Project discusses the duration and labor requirements that are suitable for work on this Sempar Bridge Project in Madura.
Scheduling on this Project uses the RAB obtained from the contractor as a reference, for the coefficient of labor also obtained from the existing RAB. The absence of coefficients can use the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing Regulation No. 28 / PRT / M / 2016. In this work, it is helped by using Microsoft Project 2013 and Microsoft Excel software.
From the results of scheduling by calculating the duration of the bridge bridge project, the duration of the data is 134 days, and for the labor requirements the highest number of workers is 13 people, and for the S curve based on the calculation results, the average weight of the plan is 0,532 %.
