Implementation of the 2013 Curriculum through the Women's Development Program at SDIT Daarul Muttaqien Surabaya.
Program bina keputerian merupakan pembinaan dan pembimbingan yang diberikan khusus kepada siswa perempuan yang pelaksanaanya mempengaruhi implementasi kurikulum di sekolah.
Tujuan penelitian mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis data implementasi program bina keputerian yang meliputi: bentuk program, metode pelaksanaan, dan media yang digunakan dalam bina keputerian; mendeskripsikan implementasi kurikulum, dan mendeskripsikan dampak program bina keputerian terhadab implementasi kurikulum. Pendekatan penelitian dengan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus, teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara mendalam melalui moda daring dan video, dokumentasi, dan observasi partisipan. Analisa data dengan kondensasi, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data melalui uji credibitas.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, (1) pelaksanaan bina keputerian dilakukan dalam bentuk bina kepribadian melalui bina akhlaq dan bina menstruasi, dan bina keterampilan melalui bina membatik, menganyam, menyulam, tata boga, dan tata rias. (2) metode pelaksanaan dengan ceramah untuk bina akhlaq dan menstruasi, konseling untuk bina menstruasi, dan praktik untuk semua bina keterampilan, (3) medianya adalah buku panduan, alat peraga menstruasi, peralatan membatik, peralatan menganyam, peralatan menyulam, perlengkapan merias, dan perlatan memasak. (4) implementasi kurikulum dengan SK Yayasan, integreted system, spiritual paradigm, school culture, integrated treatment, (5) dampak antara lain: meningkatnya keimanan dan ketaatan dalam beribadah (KI-1), bersikap sopan dan santu (KI-2), bertambah pengetahuan tentang kewanitaan dan moral (KI-3), dan meningkatnya kreatifitas para siswi di bidang keterampilan (KI-4).
Saran: bina keputerian dilaksanakan lebih dari satu dalam seminggu, metode bina menstruasi bisa dilakukan dengan diskusi dan pemecahan masalah, sekolah menyediakan ruangan khusus untuk bina menstruasi seperti klinik kewanitaan.

The research objective is to describe and analys the female development program which includes: the form of the program, the implementation method, and the media used in the female development program; describe the implementation of the curriculum, and describe the impact of the female development program on curriculum implementation. The research approach is qualitative with case study, data collection techniques by interview, documentation, and observation. Analyze data by condensing, presenting data, and drawing conclusions.
The results showed, (1) the implementation of female development was carried out in the form of personality development through building morals and menstrual development, and building skills through building batik, weaving, embroidery, cooking, and make-up. (2) the implementation method with lectures for building morals and menstruation, counseling for menstruation development, and practice for all skill builders, (3) the media are manuals, menstrual teaching aids, batik equipment, weaving equipment, embroidery tools, make-up kits, and cooking equipment. (4) curriculum implementation with the Decree of the Foundation, integrated system, spiritual paradigm, school culture, integrated treatment, (5) impacts include: faith and obedience (KI-1), being polite and helpful (KI-2), increasing knowledge about femininity (KI-3), and creative and skilled students (KI-4).
Suggestion: female training is carried out more than once a week, the menstrual development method can be done by discussing and solving problems, schools provide a special room for menstruation guidance such as a women's clinic.
