DEVELOPMENT OF BIRAMA INTERACTIVE MULTIMEDIA (SOUND AND HUMAN SENSE OF HEARING) WITH STEAM APPROACH TO IMPROVE SCIENCE LEARNING OUTCOMES OF GRADE V ELEMENTARY SCHOOL STUDENTS
Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA) merupakan mata pelajaran yang bersifat eksperimen dan eksplanasi teoritis serta sifat materi yang cenderung abstrak khususnya pada materi bunyi dan indra pendengaran manusia. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan media pembelajaran yang sesuai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kevalidan, kepraktisan, serta keefektifan pengembangan multimedia interaktif BIRAMA dengan pendekatan STEAM pada materi bunyi dan indra pendengaran manusia untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA kelas V SD. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) dengan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluate). Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa lembar validasi media dan materi untuk mengetahui kevalidan, lembar angket respon peserta didik dan guru untuk mengetahui kepraktisan, serta lembar tes untuk mengetahui keefektifan media. Hasil yang diperoleh pada validasi media sebesar 92% (sangat valid) dan validasi materi sebesar 90% (sangat valid), hasil angket respon peserta didik sebesar 91,58% (sangat praktis) dan angket respon guru 90,9% (sangat praktis), hasil ketuntasan belajar pada kelas eksperimen sebesar 92,86% (sangat baik) dengan hasil N-Gain sebesar 0,72 (tinggi), hasil uji independent samples t-test menujukkan bahwa nilai thitung > ttabel sebesar 8,712 > 2,006 serta nilai sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0.000 < 0,05, sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa multimedia interaktif BIRAMA dinyatakan valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar.

Sciences is a subject that is experimental and theoretical explanation and the nature of matter that tends to be abstract, especially in sound material and human hearing. Therefore, appropriate learning media are needed. This study aims to determine the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of BIRAMA interactive multimedia development with a STEAM approach on sound material and human hearing senses to improve science learning outcomes in grade V elementary schools. The type of research used is research and development (R&D) with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluate). Data collection instruments in the form of media validation sheets and materials to determine validity, questionnaire sheets for student and teacher responses to determine practicality, and test sheets to determine the effectiveness of media. The results obtained in media validation amounted to 92% (very valid) and material validation amounted to 90% (very valid), the results of the student response questionnaire of 91.58% (very practical) and the teacher response questionnaire of 90,9% (very practical), the results of learning completeness in the experimental class of 92.86% (very good) with N-Gain results of 0.72 (high), the results of the independent samples t-test showed that the t-value wascalculated > ttable of 8.712 > 2.006 and a sig (2-tailed) value of 0.000 < 0.05, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that BIRAMA interactive multimedia is declared valid, practical, and effective to improve learning outcomes.
