PT PLN (Persero) merupakan perusahaan terbesar yang bergerak di Bidang Ketenagalistrikan. Perusahaan ini berdiri pada Tahun 1945 , dan sejak tahun 1994 status PLN beralih dari Perusahaan Umum menjadi Perusahaan Perseroan (Persero). Perusahaan ini bertujuan untuk menyediakan listrik bagi kepentingan umum hingga sekarang.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh Leader Member Exchange terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dan Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi sebagai Variabel Intervening pada Bidang SDM dan Bidang Keuangan PT PLN Unit Induk Distribusi Jawa Timur.
Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kausalitas yang menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh dengan jumlah 46 Responden pada karyawan Bidang SDM dan Bidang Keuangan PT PLN Unit Induk Distribusi Jawa Timur. Analisis statistik yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan bantuan software smart PLS 3.0.
Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Leader Member Exchange berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Leader Member Exchange berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi, dan Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi dapat menjadi variabel Intervening antara Variabel Leader Member Exchange terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.

PT PLN is the largest company enganged in the electricity sector. The company was founded in 1945, and since 1945 the satus of PLN has shifted from a public company to a state-owned company. The company aims to provide electricity for the public interest until now.
The research aims to find out and explain the influence of Leader Member Exchange on employee performance and Perceived Organizational Support as intervening variable in the field of human resources and financial field of PT PLN East Java Distribution Unit.
The research is a type of quality research that uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique uses saturated samples with a total of 46 respondents in the field of human resources dan financial field of PT PLN East Java Distribution Unit. Statistical analysisi used in this study is a Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the help smart PLS 3.0. software.
The results of this study indicate that Leader Member Exchange has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Perceived Organizational Support has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Leader Member Exchange has a positive and significant effect on Perceived Organizational Support, and Perceived Organizational Support can be an intervening between variables Leader Member Exchange on employee performance.
