PELATIHAN MEMBUAT NUGGET PISANG DENGAN METODE DEMONSTRASI DI MA NIZHAMIYAH

TRAINING TO MAKE BANANA NUGGETS WITH THE DEMONSTRATION METHOD IN MA NIZHAMIYAH

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang mendeskripsikan tentang proses dan hasil belajar pada pelatihan membuat nugget pisang melalui penerapan metode demonstrasi di MA Nizhamiyah. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan 1) untuk mengetahui aktivitas pelatih, 2) untuk mengetahui aktivitas peserta, 3) untuk mengetahui hasil belajar peserta, 4) untuk mengetahui respon peserta pada pelatihan membuat nugget pisang melalui penerapan metode demonstrasi di MA Nizhamiyah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain penelitian pre-experimental design model one-shot case study, Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, tes pengetahuan dan keterampilan, serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu 1) Aktivitas pelatih mencakup tiga aspek yaitu aspek kegiatan pendahuluan, aspek kegiatan inti, aspek kegiatan penutup dengan hasil persentase 96% masuk dalam kategori sangat baik. 2) Aktivitas peserta mencakup tiga aspek yaitu aspek kegiatan pendahuluan, aspek kegiatan inti, aspek kegiatan penutup, dengan hasil persentase 92,20% masuk dalam kategori sangat baik. 3) Hasil belajar dalam penerapan metode demonstrasi pada pelatihan membuat nugget pisang masuk pada kategori sangat baik dengan persentase mencapai 86,60%. 4) Respon peserta pelatihan mencakup tiga aspek yaitu aspek pelatih, aspek materi, aspek kegiatan, dengan hasil 89% masuk dalam kategori baik.

This study is research that describes the process and learning outcomes in training to make banana nuggets through the application of the demonstration method at MA Nizhamiyah. This study has the objectives of 1) to find out the activities of the trainers, 2) to find out the activities of the participants, 3) to find out the learning outcomes of the participants, 4) to find out the participants' responses to the training to make banana nuggets through the application of the demonstration method at MA Nizhamiyah. This research uses an experimental method with a pre-experimental research design model one-shot case study, data collection techniques using observation, knowledge and skills tests, and documentation. The results of this study are 1) The activity of the trainer includes three aspects, namely the preliminary activity aspect, the core activity aspect, and the closing activity aspect with a percentage result of 96% falling into the very good category. 2) The activities of the participants cover three aspects, namely aspects of preliminary activities, aspects of core activities, and aspects of closing activities, with the percentage result of 92.20% being in the very good category. 3) Learning outcomes in the application of the demonstration method in training to make banana nuggets are in the very good category with the percentage reaching 86.60%. 4) The response of the training participants includes three aspects, namely the trainer aspect, the material aspect, and the activity aspect, with the results of 89% being in the good category
