VALIDITAS PERANGKAT PEMBELAJARAN KONTRUKSI TANAH BERORIENTASI MODEL CTL BERBANTUAN MEDIA ANIMASI
THE VALIDITY OF LEARNING TOOLS IN THE LAND CONSTRUCTION ORIENTATED BY CTL MODEL WITH ANIMATION MEDIA
Pemilihan model, strategi, dan media belajar dalam pembelajaran pendidikan formal, harus dipertimbangkan untuk menghindari dampak negatif emosional kepada peserta didik, agar siswa lebih tertarik kepada materi pembelajaran. Inovasi serta kreativitas diperlukan untuk mewujudkan atmosfer pembelajaran yang menarik. Permasalahan yang dialami oleh guru selama proses pembelajaran pekerjaan kontruksi tanah di SMK Negeri 3 Boyolangu adalah terbatasnya inovasi model pembelajaran dan keterbatasan media belajar yang dapat meningkatkan pemahaman belajar serta motivasi peserta didik. Berasas pada permasalahan – permasalahan di atas, maka solusi untuk mengatasi masalah-masalah tersebut perlu dikembangkan perangkat pembelajaran beriorentasi model pembelajaran CTL (Contextual Teaching and Learning) dan media animasi. Rumusan massalah pada penelitian ini adalah (1) kelayakan perangkat pembelajaran kontruksi tanah berorientasi model CTL, (2) kelayakan media animasi. Tujuan penelitian adalah (1) menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran kontruksi tanah berorientasi model CTL ,dan (2) media animasi yang layak digunakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian pengembangan (development research) dengan menerapkan model 4D. Subjek penelitian ini ialah perangkat pembelajaran dan media animasi. Perangkat pembelajaran dan media animasi yang akan dihasilkan divalidasi oleh dosen Teknik Sipil Unesa dan guru SMK Negeri 3 Boyolangu. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, diperoleh nilai validasi silabus mendapat nilai validasi 95%, RPP 92%, dan materi 93% dengan kriteria sangat valid atau layak digunakan. Validasi media animasi dilakukan dengan memperhatikan komponen kualitas, tampilan media ,materi dan ilustrasi ,kemudian divalidasi dan mendapat nilai sebesar 91% dengan kriteria sangat valid atau layak digunakan. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa telah dihasilkan perangkat pembelajaran kontruksi tanah berorientasi model CTL dengan berbantuan media animasi yang layak digunakan pada proses pembelajaran.

Abstract
The determination of type, model, and media of learning must be considered of formal education type Vaocational High School to avoid negative impact of student’s emotional so that all the students may be attracted by the learning subject. The innovation and creativity is needed for creating attracted learning atmosphere. The problem also that has been experienced with teacher in the process of learning of the land construction in SMK Negeri 3 Boyolangu is the lacking of learing model innovation and the limitation of learing media that can improve learning motivation and the understanding of the students. According to these problems, the solution to resolve is to develop learning tools which orientated by CTL model (contextual teaching and learning) and animation. The problem formulations are (1) How the eligibility of the learning tools of the land construction orientated by CTL model, (2) eligibility of animation media. The resolution of this research are (1) to produce the learning tools of land construction orientated by CTL model and (2) animation media which suitable to be used.The method used for developing this learning tools is development (development research) using 4D model. The subjects of this research are the learning tools and animation media. The learning tools and animation media will be validated by the Civil Enginering Lecturer of State University of Surabaya and the teacher in SMK Negeri 3 Boyolangu. According to the data analysis, the validity result of syllabus is. 95%, learning plan is 92%, and material is 93% which categorized as very valid and suitable to be used. Validty for the animation media interst to the basiclt thing is quality of media,the appear,illustration,and and the contents have result of 91% which categorized as very valid and suitable to be used. The conclusion of this research is the learning tools of the land construction orientated by CTL model with the animation model are very valid .to be used in the education process.
