Persepsi Guru Terhadap Eksistensi Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus di PAUD Inklusi
PAUD Inklusi adalah jenjang pendidikan anak usia dini yang mewadahi anak-anak berkebutuhan khusus untuk terlibat dalam pembelajaran. Eksistensi anak berkebutuhan khusus di PAUD Inklusi seringkali memunculkan stigma negative dikalangan masyarakat. Anak berkebutuhan khusus dianggap sebagai penggangu dan dapat menulari anak-anak reguler jika ditempatkan pada satu lingkup yang sama. Stigma yang beredar dimasyarakat dapat akan berdampak pada persepsi guru terhadap eksistensi anak berkebutuhan khusus. Pemelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi guru terhadap eksistensi anak berkebutuhan khusus di PAUD Inklusi. Desan penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan total subjek penelitian 5 dengan rincian 1 kepala sekolah, 2 orang guru dan 2 orang wali murid. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data yang dikumpulkan kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode miles and huberman (reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan). Hasil penelitian persepsi guru terhadap eksistensi anak berkebutuhan khusus di PAUD Inklusi dapat diinterpretasikan bahwa guru memiliki persepsi positif terhadap eksistensi anak berkebutuhan khusus. Kesimpulan penelitian persepsi positif diperoleh guru melalui adanya ilmu dan informasi terkait anak berkebutuhan khusus.

PAUD Inclusion is a level of early childhood education that accommodates children with special needs to be involved in learning. The existence of children with special needs in inclusive PAUD often creates a negative stigma among the community. Children with special needs are considered a nuisance and can infect regular children if placed in the same environment. Stigma circulating in society can have an impact on teachers' perceptions of the existence of children with special needs. This research aims to determine the teacher's perception of the existence of children with special needs in Inclusion PAUD. The design of this research is descriptive qualitative with a total of 5 research subjects with details of 1 school principal, 2 teachers and 2 student guardians. Collecting data using interviews, observation and documentation. The data collected was then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman method (data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions). The results of the research on teacher perceptions of the existence of children with special needs in Inclusion PAUD can be interpreted that teachers have a positive perception of the existence of children with special needs. The conclusion of the research on positive perceptions is obtained by teachers through the knowledge and information related to children with special needs.
