APRESIASI SISWA SMPN 2 SIDOARJO TERHADAP LAGU-LAGU WAJIB NASIONAL
APPRECIATION OF STUDENTS OF SMPN 2 SIDOARJO FOR NATIONAL MANDATORY SONG
Lagu-lagu Wajib Nasional, saat ini kurang dikenal oleh siswa. Kemajuan teknologi tidak hanya membawa dampak baik, tetapi juga membawa dampak buruk bagi siswa. Kurangnya apresiasi siswa terhadap lagu-lagu wajib nasional, menjadikan fenomena ini menarik untuk diteliti. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan apresiasi siswa SMPN 2 Sidoarjo terhadap lagu-lagu wajib nasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara semi terstruktur, observasi partisipasi pasif, dan dokumentasi. Apresiasi siswa SMPN 2 Sidoarjo terhadap lagu wajib nasional meliputi aspek pemahaman, penghayatan, dan penghargaan. Pemahaman siswa meliputi pengetahuan siswa tentang lagu wajib nasional, pemahaman siswa masih sebatas mengetahui lagu wajib nasional yang sering diputar saat jam istirahat. Penghayatan siswa terhadap lagu wajib nasional dilihat dari aktivitas siswa saat mendengarkan lagu yang diputarkan, siswa mendengarkan secara emosional. Penghargaan siswa terhadap lagu wajib nasional nampak dalam kemauan siswa dalam menghafal lirik lagu, menjadikan lagu wajib nasional sebagai materi kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, dan menampilkannya pada kegiatan lomba atau pentas seni.
National Compulsory Songs are currently less well known by students. Technological advances not only have a good impact, but also have a bad impact on students. The lack of student appreciation for the national compulsory songs makes this phenomenon interesting to study. This study aims to describe the appreciation of the students of SMPN 2 Sidoarjo towards the national compulsory songs. This study uses a qualitative approach with semi-structured interview data collection techniques, passive participation observation, and documentation. The appreciation of the students of SMPN 2 Sidoarjo for the national anthem includes aspects of understanding, appreciation, and appreciation. Students' understanding includes students' knowledge of the national obligatory anthem, students' understanding is still limited to knowing the obligatory national anthem which is often played during recess. Students' appreciation of the national compulsory anthem is seen from the student's activities when listening to the song being played, students listen emotionally. Students' appreciation for the national compulsory anthem can be seen in the students' willingness to memorize song lyrics, make the national compulsory anthem a material for extracurricular activities, and display it in competitions or performing arts.
