Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen kelas dan kendala-kendala dalam pelaksanaan manajemen kelas bagi siswa tunanetra di SDN Tlogopatut 1 Gresik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui: observasi, wawancara, serta dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dengan model analisis Miles, Huberman & Saldana (2014) yang meliputi: kondensasi data, penyajian data, penyusunan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan model pelaksanaan dalam aspek pengaturan kelas dan pengaturan kondisi fisik kelas sudah berjalan cukup optimal. Pada pengaturan kelas, guru menyiapkan RPP sebelum memulai pembelajaran dan menerapkan dengan baik, dan pada pengaturan kondisi fisik kelas meliputi aksesibilitas, fleksibilitas, kenyamanan dan keindahan sudah diterapkan dengan cukup baik di kelas. Adapun kendala-kendala dalam pelaksanaan manajemen kelas siswa tunanetra di SDN Tlogopatut 1 Gresik terdiri atas faktor lingkungan fisik pada pengaturan tempat duduk siswa tunanetra berkelompok di belakang, kondisi sosio – emosional seperti sikap guru yang cenderung berfokus pada siswa reguler, dan kondisi organisasional meliputi keterbatasan kemampuan beberapa guru kelas dalam menangani siswa tunanetra. This research purpose was to describe class management and the obstacles in the implementation of class management for blind students in SDN Tlogopatut 1 Gresik. This research used qualitative method with case study kind. The data was obtained through: observation, interview, and documentation. The data obtained was then analyzed by the analysis model of Miles, Huberman & Saldana (2014) involving: condensation data, presenting data, arranging conclusion and verification. The research result indicated that the implementation model in the aspect of class setting and the setting of class physic condition had run optimal enough. To the class setting, the teacher prepared RPP before beginning to learn and applying well, and to the setting of class physic condition involving accessibility, flexibility, comfortable, and beauty had been applied in the class well enough. The obstacles in the implementation of class management to blind students in SDN Tlogopatut 1 Gresik consisted of physic environment factor to the seat setting of blind students in group in the back, the condition of socio-emotional such as the teacher’s behavior which tended to focus to the regular students, and the organization condition including the ability limitedness of several class teachers in handling the blind students Keywords: Class management, Blind students, Inclusive school
