DENGAN TEKNIK MAKEUP BOLD TERHADAP
HASIL TATA RIAS PESTA
SECONDARY COLOR APPLICATION WITH BOLD MAKEUP TECHNIQUE ON PARTY MAKEUP RESULTS
Tren makeup yang menggunakan warna sekunder semakin populer di
kalangan pecinta kecantikan, menawarkan variasi yang menarik dan
kreatif untuk menciptakan tampilan yang menonjol. Teknik makeup bold
bertujuan sebagai tampilan yang berani, mencolok, dan menarik
perhatian, terutama pada acara-acara khusus seperti pesta. Tujuan
penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui 1) perbedaan hasil tata rias pesta
menggunakan warna sekunder dengan teknik makeup bold, 2) nilai
tertinggi dan terendah diantara X1 (oranye-oranye-oranye) X2 (ungu-
ungu-ungu) dan X3 (hijau-oranye-ungu) menggunakan teknik makeup
bold. Penelitian menggunakan metode true eksperimen. Variabel dalam
penelitian ini meliputi variabel bebas yaitu penggunaan warna sekunder
menggunakan teknik makeup bold, serta variabel terikatnya yaitu hasil
tata rias pesta. Teknik analisis data menggunakan nilai rata-rata dan
ANOVA one way pada SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian 1) perbedaan hasil tata
rias pesta menggunakan nilai rata-rata dengan X1 (oranye-oranye-
oranye) mendapatkan nilai 3,26, X2 (ungu-ungu-ungu) mendapatkan
nilai 3,21 dan X3 (hijau-oranye-ungu) mendapatkan nilai 2,94. Hasil
penelitian 2) Nilai tertinggi diperoleh oleh X1 (oranye-oranye-oranye)
berdasarkan beberapa aspek penilaian, yaitu kesesuaian warna makeup
dengan tone kulit model, keselarasan makeup, kerapian makeup, dan daya
tahan terhadap hasil tata rias. Sebaliknya, nilai terendah dicapai oleh X3
(hijau-oranye-ungu), dengan hampir semua aspek penilaiannya lebih
rendah dibandingkan dengan X1 (oranye-oranye-oranye) dan X2 (ungu-
ungu-ungu). Berdasarkan hasil analisis ANOVA One Way, terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kelompok-kelompok yang
dibandingkan (F(2, 87) = 4,510, p = 0,014). Nilai Sum of Squares antara
kelompok sebesar 63,489 dengan derajat bebas (df) 2, sedangkan nilai
Sum of Squares dalam kelompok sebesar 612,300 dengan derajat bebas 87.
Total Sum of Squares adalah 675,789 dengan rata-rata kuadrat (Mean
Square) antara kelompok sebesar 31,744 dan dalam kelompok sebesar
7,038.
The makeup trend using secondary colors is increasingly popular among
beauty lovers, offering interesting and creative variations to create a standout
look. The bold makeup technique aims to be a bold, striking, and eye-catching
look, especially for special occasions such as parties. The purpose of this study
was to determine 1) the difference in party makeup results using secondary
colors with bold makeup techniques, 2) the highest and lowest values between
X1 (orange-orange-orange) X2 (purple-purple-purple) and X3 (green-orange-
purple) using bold makeup techniques. The study used the true experiment
method. The variables in this study include the independent variable, namely the
use of secondary colors using bold makeup techniques, and the dependent
variable, namely the results of party makeup. Data analysis techniques using
average values and one-way ANOVA on SPSS 26. The results of the study 1)
differences in party makeup results using average values with X1 (orange-
orange-orange) getting a value of 3.26, X2 (purple-purple-purple) getting a
value of 3.21 and X3 (green-orange-purple) getting a value of 2.94. The results
of the study 2) The highest value was obtained by X1 (orange-orange-orange)
based on several aspects of the assessment, namely the suitability of the makeup
color with the model's skin tone, makeup harmony, neatness of the makeup, and
durability of the makeup results. Conversely, the lowest value was achieved by
X3 (green-orange-purple), with almost all aspects of the assessment lower than
X1 (orange-orange-orange) and X2 (purple-purple-purple). Based on the results
of the One Way ANOVA analysis, there was a significant difference between the
groups being compared (F (2, 87) = 4.510, p = 0.014). The Sum of Squares value
between groups is 63.489 with a degree of freedom (df) of 2, while the Sum of Squares value within the group is 612.300 with a degree of freedom of 87. The
Total Sum of Squares is 675.789 with a mean square (Mean Square) between
groups of 31.744 and within groups of 7.038.
