KINERJA PENDIDIK DALAM PROSES PEMBELAJARAN DAN HASIL BELAJAR DI PAUD NUSA INDAH SKB MOJOKERTO 

PERFORMANCE OF EDUCATORS IN THE LEARNING PROCESS AND LEARNING OUTCOMES AT PAUD NUSA INDAH SKB MOJOKERTO

Dengan perkembangan zaman proses pembelajaran semakin berkembang, begitu juga dengan kinerja pendidik dituntut untuk mengikuti perkembangan. Akan tetapi yang terjadi di PAUD Nusa Indah SKB Mojokerto pendidik disana kurang memiliki kompetensi profesional yang mampu mendidik serta menerapkan kompetensi pada anak usia dini. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk 1) untuk mendiskripsikan dan menganalisis kinerja pendidik PAUD dalam proses pembelajaran di PAUD Nusa Indah SKB Mojokerto 2) untuk mengetahui kinerja pendidik PAUD dalam kaitannya dengan hasil belajar anak di PAUD Nusa Indah SKB Mojokerto. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif diskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 5 orang terdiri dari kepala lembaga PAUD Nusa Indah dan pendidik Paud berjumlah 4 orang. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipan, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data data condensation, data display, verification dan conclussion drawing. Kriteria keabsahan data dalam penelitian antara lain credibility, confirmbility, transferability. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kinerja pendidik dalam proses pembelajaran dan hasil belajar di PAUD Nusa Indah SKB Mojokerto kurang maksimal. Dikarenakan untuk menjadi seorang pendidik yang profesional diperlukan kompetensi – kompetensi untuk memenuhi persyaratan yang ada agar nantinya terciptanya pendidik yang profesional guna menjamin proses belajar dan hasil belajar anak dengan baik. Hasil belajar peserta didik di PAUD Nusa Indah di semua kelas rata-rata sudah dapat Berkembang Sesuai Harapan (BSH), dalam artian hasil belajar yang dicapai oleh pesera didik berada di tingkat sedang.

With the development of the times the learning process is growing, as well as the performance of educators are required to follow developments. However, what happened at PAUD Nusa Indah SKB Mojokerto, the educators there lacked professional competence who were able to educate and apply competence to early childhood. This study aims to 1) describe and analyze the performance of PAUD educators in the learning process at PAUD Nusa Indah SKB Mojokerto 2) to determine the performance of PAUD educators in relation to children's learning outcomes at PAUD Nusa Indah SKB Mojokerto. This research uses descriptive qualitative research method. The subjects of this study were 5 people consisting of the head of the Nusa Indah PAUD institution and 4 early childhood educators. The data in this study were collected using in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation. This study uses data analysis of data condensation, data display, verification and conclusion drawing. The criteria for the validity of the data in the study include credibility, confirmability, and transferability. The results of this study indicate that the performance of educators in the learning process and learning outcomes at PAUD Nusa Indah SKB Mojokerto is less than optimal. This is because to become a professional educator requires competencies to meet the existing requirements so that later the creation of professional educators to ensure the learning process and learning outcomes of children well. The learning outcomes of students at PAUD Nusa Indah in all classes on average have been able to develop according to expectations (BSH), in the sense that the learning outcomes achieved by students are at a moderate level.
