Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh peer support, career decision, dan self-efficacy terhadap career adaptability siswa SMKN 1 Bendo Magetan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif korelasional dengan sampel 140 siswa. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan skala Likert dan dianalisis dengan regresi linear berganda. Hasil menunjukkan secara simultan ketiga variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap career adaptability (F = 50,283; p < 0,05) dengan R² sebesar 0,525. Secara parsial, career decision dan self-efficacy berpengaruh positif signifikan, sedangkan peer support tidak. Penguatan pengambilan keputusan karier dan self-efficacy penting untuk meningkatkan career adaptability.

This study aims to determine the influence of peer support, career decision, and self-efficacy on the career adaptability of students at SMKN 1 Bendo Magetan. The research used a quantitative correlational method with a sample of 140 students. Data were collected using a Likert scale and analyzed through multiple linear regression. The results show that simultaneously, the three variables significantly affect career adaptability (F = 50.283; p < 0.05) with an R² value of 0.525. Partially, career decision and self-efficacy have a positive significant effect, while peer support does not. Strengthening career decision-making and self-efficacy is essential to improve career adaptability.
