The of this research is to describe and analyze Baek Kang-Hyeok's basic needs and self-actualization needs in the drama The Trauma Code: Heroes on Call using Abraham Maslow's (1954) theory. This research method uses qualitative descriptive with data sources in the form of the Korean drama The Trauma Code: Heroes on Call. Research data are in the form of words, scene documentation, sentences. Data collection techniques include preparing data sources, listening techniques, documentation techniques, note-taking techniques, grouping data, coding, and reducing data. This research uses the Korean drama "The Trauma Code: Heroes on Call" as a data source, with data in the form of words, scene documentation, and sentences. Data collection techniques include preparing data sources, listening techniques, documentation techniques, note-taking techniques, data grouping, coding, and data reduction.The research results show the fulfillment of Baek Kang-Hyeok's basic physiological needs, such as eating, drinking, shelter, and sleep. Safety needs include physical safety, freedom from fear or worry, and security in having a job and a stable salary. Belongingness needs involve co-workers who assist him during surgical procedures. Esteem needs include success, self-confidence, fame, status, and recognition. Self-actualization needs are manifested through empathy, helpfulness, the profession of a doctor who saves patients, talents or hobbies, and problem-solving methods. After basic and self actualization needs are fulfilled, an individual will exhibit psychological stability, which then gives rise to motivation to meet the highest level needs and become a better person. This study recommends further research on Abraham Maslow theory within the context of fulfilling basic and self-actualization needs in the domains of the workplace, well-being, mental health, and social needs.
