PENGEMBANGAN MODUL PEMBELAJARAN CNC MILLING MENGGUNAKAN SOFTWARE MASTERCAM X9 PADA MATA PELAJARAN CNC DI JURUSAN TEKNIK PEMESINAN SMKN 1 BLITAR

Pembelajaran berbasis kompetensi merupakan pembelajaran yang banyak diterapkan di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK), karena dapat meningkatkan kompetensi peserta didik meliputi pola sikap, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan. SMKN 1 Blitar merupakan sekolah yang menerapkan pembelajaran berbasis kompetensi dengan mesin CNC.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan modul serta mengetahui validitas modul, respon peserta didik, dan respon guru terhadap penggunaan modul. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (research and development/R&D). Pengembangan modul mengacu pada 4-D model yaitu: pendefinisian (Define), perancangan (Design), pengembangan (Develop), penyebaran (Disseminate). Subjek penelitian yaitu peserta didik kelas XII Teknik Pemesinan di SMKN 1 Blitar sebanyak 33 siswa yang menempuh mata pelajaran CNC tahun ajaran 2021/2022. Analisis data menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, yang terdiri dari angket validasi modul, angket peserta didik dan respon guru pengampu.
Hasil validitas modul ahli materi sebesar 4,16 kategori valid dan persentase kelayakan modul 83,21% kategori sangat layak. Hasil dari ahli bahasa sebesar 4,10 kategori valid dan persentase kelayakan modul 82,08% kategori layak. Hasil validasi modul dari ahli desain sebesar 4,40 kategori valid dan persentase kelayakan modul 87,92% kategori sangat layak. Respon peserta didik terhadap modul dilihat dari aspek tampilan, aspek penyajian materi, dan manfaat mendapatkan persentase sebesar 89,42% kategori sangat baik. Hasil dari respon guru terhadap modul mendapatkan persentase 91,11% kategori sangat baik. Uji N-Gain didapatkan hasil 0,5531 artinya hasil belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan dengan kategori sedang, sehingga modul CNC milling menggunakan software mastercam X9 layak diterapkan dalam proses pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran CNC di jurusan teknik pemesinan.

Competency-based learning is a learning that is widely applied in Vocational High Schools (SMK), because it can improve the competence of learners including attitude patterns, knowledge, and skills. SMKN 1 Blitar is a school that applies competency-based learning with CNC machines.
The aim of this research is to develop modules as well as know the validity of modules, student responses, and teacher responses to the use of modules. This type of research is research and development (R&D). Module development refers to 4-D models: defining (Define), design, development (Develop), deployment (Disseminate). The research subjects were students of class XII Machining Engineering at SMKN 1 Blitar as many as 33 students who took CNC subjects in the 2021/2022 school year. Data analysis uses quantitative and descriptive quantitative methods. Data collection techniques use questionnaires, which consist of module validation questionnaires, student questionnaires and teacher response.
The validity results of expert module materials amounted to 4.16 valid categories and the module eligibility percentage of 83.21% of the categories was very feasible. The results from linguists amounted to 4.10 valid categories and the module eligibility percentage was 82.08% viable categories. Module validation results from design experts amounting to 4.40 valid categories and module eligibility percentage of 87.92% of categories are very feasible. The response of learners to the modules is seen from the aspect of display, aspects of presentation of the material, and the benefits of getting a percentage of 89.42% of categories is very good. The results of the teacher's response to the module get an excellent 91.11% percentage of categories. The N-Gain test obtained a result of 0.5531 meaning that students' learning results increased with moderate categories, so the CNC milling module using mastercam X9 software is feasible to apply in the learning process in CNC subjects in the field of machining engineering.
