Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga, dan Kesehatan (PJOK) bertujuan meningkatkan kualitas individu melalui aktivitas fisik. Namun, rendahnya motivasi belajar dan ketidakjelasan orientasi tujuan siswa menjadi masalah yang memengaruhi hasil belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan antara orientasi tujuan dan motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar PJOK. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif korelasional dengan sampel 63 siswa kelas XI SMAN 16 Surabaya yang dipilih melalui cluster random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi kuesioner TEOSQ untuk mengukur orientasi tujuan, kuesioner motivasi belajar, serta nilai praktik materi PJOK (bola voli, bola basket, dan bulu tangkis) sebagai indikator hasil belajar. Analisis korelasi Spearman mengindikasikan tidak ada hubungan signifikan antara orientasi tujuan dan hasil belajar (p = 0,385), maupun motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar (p = 0,531). Namun, terdapat hubungan signifikan antara orientasi tujuan dan motivasi belajar (p = 0,000). Hasil menunjukkan 81% siswa memiliki hasil belajar dalam kategori Baik. Motivasi belajar sebagian besar berada dalam kategori Sedang (65,1%), dan orientasi tujuan dominan pada task-orientation (82,04%). Kesimpulannya, orientasi tujuan memengaruhi motivasi belajar, tetapi keduanya tidak langsung berhubungan dengan hasil belajar PJOK. Faktor lain seperti metode pengajaran dan kondisi lingkungan diduga lebih berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa.

Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK) aims to improve individual quality through physical activity. However, low learning motivation and unclear goal orientation among students pose challenges that affect learning outcomes. This study examines the relationship between goal orientation, learning motivation, and PJOK learning outcomes. A quantitative correlational method was employed with a sample of 63 eleventh-grade students from SMAN 16 Surabaya, selected using cluster random sampling. Instruments included the TEOSQ questionnaire to measure goal orientation, a learning motivation questionnaire, and practical scores in PJOK subjects (volleyball, basketball, and badminton) as indicators of learning outcomes. Spearman’s correlation analysis revealed no significant relationship between goal orientation and learning outcomes (p = 0.385), nor between learning motivation and learning outcomes (p = 0.531). However, a significant correlation was found between goal orientation and learning motivation (p = 0.000). . Results showed that 81% of students achieved good learning outcomes. Most students (65.1%) exhibited moderate learning motivation, and task orientation was dominant (82.04%). In conclusion, goal orientation influences learning motivation, but neither directly correlates with PJOK learning outcomes. Other factors such as teaching methods and environmental conditions likely have a greater impact on student learning outcomes.
