PENGEMBANGAN BUKU GURU GLADHI JAWI KELAS 7 UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KOMPETENSI PEDAGOGIK GURU BAHASA JAWA
DEVELOPMENT OF GLADHI JAWI TEACHER BOOK GRADE 7 TO IMPROVE PEDAGOGICAL COMPETENCE OF JAVANESE LANGUAGE TEACHERS
Implementasi kurikulum merdeka di Kabupaten Sidoarjo dimulai pada tahun 2022. Mata pelajaran bahasa Jawa masih belum memiliki buku panduan untuk guru. Buku guru yang secara khusus dikembangkan atau diciptakan untuk mata pelajaran bahasa Jawa. Guru sangat membutuhkan kehadiran buku guru sebagai pedoman mengajar ditambah kurikulum yang masih sangat baru seperti sekarang. Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) mendeskripsikan proses pengembangan buku guru Gladhi Jawi Kelas 7, (2) mendeskripsikan kualitas buku guru Gladhi Jawi Kelas 7, dan (3) mendeskripsikan keefektifan buku guru Gladhi Jawi Kelas 7 untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru bahasa Jawa.
Buku Guru Gladhi Jawi Kelas 7 dikembangkan menggunakan model ADDIE yang dikembangkan oleh Reiser dan Mollenda. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu lima guru bahasa Jawa kelas 7 yang mengajar di SMP Negeri se-Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Uji coba terbatas dilakukan dengan diskusi dengan praktisi atau guru bahasa Jawa. Uji coba sedang dilaksanakan di dalam kelas guru subjek dengan jumlah siswa yang bervariasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) proses pengembangan buku guru Gladhi Jawi Kelas 7 dikembangkan melalui lima tahapan mulai dari analisis, desain buku, mengembangkan buku berdasarkan analisis, menerapkan buku di dalam kelas, mengevaluasi; (2) kualitas buku guru Gladhi Jawi Kelas 7 diuji kevalidannya oleh beberapa validator ahli. Hasil validasi ahli materi memperoleh skor 92%, ahli desain pembelajaran dengan skor 93%, dan ahli desain buku dengan skor 90%; (3) keefektifan buku guru Gladhi Jawi Kelas 7 terhadap guru SMPN 1 Candi sebesar 89,40 untuk penilaian guru pengamat dan 92,2% peserta didik tuntas belajar, guru SMPN 4 Sidoarjo sebesar 89,47% untuk penilaian guru observer dan 92,7% peserta didik tuntas belajar, dan guru SMPN 3 Krian sebesar 80,2% untuk nilai dari guru pengamat dan 95,2% peserta didik tuntas belajar.
The implementation of the “Kurikulum Merdeka” in Sidoarjo Regency began in 2022. Javanese language subjects still do not have a guidebook for teachers. Teacher's books that are specifically developed or created for Javanese language subjects. Teachers really need the presence of a teacher's book as a teaching guideline plus a curriculum that is still very new as it is now. This study aims to (1) describe the process of developing Grade 7 Gladhi Jawi teachers' books, (2) describe the quality of Grade 7 Gladhi Jawi teachers' books, and (3) describe the effectiveness of Grade 7 Gladhi Jawi teachers' books to improve the pedagogic competence of Javanese language teachers.
The Grade 7 Gladhi Jawi Teacher Book was developed using the ADDIE model developed by Reiser and Mollenda. The subjects of this study are five 7th grade Javanese teachers who teach at State Junior High Schools in Sidoarjo Regency. The limited trial was carried out with discussions with Javanese practitioners or teachers. Trials are being carried out in the subject teacher's classroom with a varying number of students. The results of this study are (1) the process of developing the Gladhi Jawi Grade 7 teacher's book is developed through five stages starting from analysis, book design, developing books based on analysis, applying books in the classroom, evaluating; (2) the quality of the Grade 7 Gladhi Jawi teacher's book was tested for validity by several expert validators. The validation results of material experts obtained a score of 92%, learning design experts with a score of 93%, and book design experts with a score of 90%; (3) the effectiveness of the Grade 7 Gladhi Jawi teacher's book for teachers of SMPN 1 Candi was 89.40 for the assessment of observer teachers and 92.2% of students completed their studies, teachers of SMPN 4 Sidoarjo were 89.47% for the assessment of observer teachers and 92.7% of students completed their studies, and teachers of SMPN 3 Krian were 80.2% for the scores of observer teachers and 95.2% of students completed their studies.
