Pengaruh Pembelajaran Kewirausahaan terhadap Niat Berwirausaha Siswa Kelas 11 SMKN 1 Sooko dengan Lokus Kontrol Internal sebagai Variabel Mediasi

The Influence of Entrepreneurship Learning on the Entrepreneurial Intention of 11th Grade Students at SMKN 1 Sooko with Internal Locus of Control as a Mediating Variable

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pembelajaran kewirausahaan terhadap niat berwirausaha siswa kelas 11 SMKN 1 Sooko dengan lokus kontrol internal sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Lokasi penelitian berada di SMKN 1 Sooko dengan siswa kelas 11 sebagai populasi penelitian. Sampel diambil dari kelas 11 jurusan bisnis digital, akuntansi, dan manajemen perkantoran. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuisioner dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) dengan software SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran kewirausahaan berpengaruh terhadap niat berwirausaha, pembelajaran kewirausahaan berpengaruh terhadap lokus kontrol internal, lokus kontrol internal berpengaruh terhadap niat berwirausaha, dan pembelajaran kewirausahaan berpengaruh terhadap niat berwirausaha melalui lokus kontrol internal sebagai variabel mediasi.

This study aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurship learning on the entrepreneurial intention of 11th grade students at SMKN 1 Sooko with internal locus of control as a mediating variable. This research employs a quantitative method. The research location is at SMKN 1 Sooko, with 11th grade students as the research population. The sample is taken from the 11th grade classes in digital business, accounting, and office management. The research instrument used is a questionnaire, with data analysis techniques utilizing Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) using SmartPLS 4 software. The results of the study indicate that entrepreneurial learning has an effect on entrepreneurial intentions, entrepreneurial learning has an effect on internal locus of control, internal locus of control has an effect on entrepreneurial intentions, and entrepreneurial learning has an effect on entrepreneurial intentions through internal locus of control as a mediating variable.
