Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan LKPD Eubacteria berbasis CTL untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir divergen yang valid, praktis dan efektif. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian pengembangan model 4-D yakni Define (pendefinisian), Design (perancangan), Develop (pengembangan), dan Disseminate (penyebaran), namun pada tahap disseminate tidak dilakukan. Kegiatan pengembangan LKPD dilaksanakan di Jurusan Biologi, FMIPA, Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Uji coba dilakukan kepada 20 peserta didik kelas X MIA 7 di MAN Sidoarjo. Validasi LKPD ditentukan berdasarkan hasil validasi, kepraktisan LKPD ditentukan berdasarkan keterlaksanaan aktivitas peserta didik, dan keefektifan LKPD berdasarkan skor n-Gain, ketuntasan indikator, dan respon peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata skor validitas LKPD sebesar 96,25% dengan kategori sangat valid. Kepraktisan LKPD ditinjau dari rata-rata keterlaksanaan LKPD 1 sebasar 91,8% dan LKPD 2 sebesar 93,3% dengan kategori sangat praktis. Kefektifan LKPD ditinjau dari hasil belajar siswa dengan score n-Gain sebesar 0,79 dengan kategori tinggi. Ketuntasan indikator berpikir divergen sebesar 87,8% dengan kategori tuntas, dan respon siswa yang positif dengan presentase sebesar 95,5%. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa LKPD Eubacteria berbasis CTL dinyatakan layak berdasarkan validitas, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan.

The aim of this research is to develop a valid, practical, and effective eubacteria student worksheet based on CTL to improve divergent thinking skills. The types of this research is 4-D model that is Define (definition), Design (planning), Develop (development), and Disseminate (spread), but at the disseminate stage is not used. Development activities of student worksheet implemented at the Department of Biology, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Science, Surabaya State University. The student worksheet examines on twenty students by tenth-grade MIA 7 students of MAN Sidoarjo. Student worksheet validity determined based on the validity result, the practicality determind based on the implementation of student activities, and the effectivity based on n-Gain score, indicator completeness, and students respons. The result shows that the average of student worksheet validity is 96,25% which is very valid. The average of practicality that determined by the implementation of student worksheet 1 is 91,8% and student worksheet 2 is 93,3% which is very practical. The effectivity of student worksheet that determined by the student evaluation test with n-Gain score is 0,79 which is high category, indicator completeness of divergent thinking skills is 87,8% with complete category, and positive respons is 95,5%. The result shows that eubacteria student worksheet based on CTL is valid, practical, and effective.
