HUBUNGAN ANTARA SERVANT LEADERSHIP DENGAN ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR PADA KARYAWAN PT. X
THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SERVANT LEADERSHIP AND ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR IN PT. X EMPLOYEES
Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara servant leadership dengan organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan PT. X. Sumber daya manusia yang ada sebaiknya dijaga dan dikembangkan agar dapat menjalankan sebuah perusahaan yang efektif dan mampu mencapai tujuan yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis korelasional. Subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu karyawan tetap departemen distribusi yang bekerja di salah satu perusahaan distributor alat rumah tangga di kota Surabaya berjumlah 75 karyawan. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu sampel jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini berupa skala ukur psikologis organizational citizenship behavior dan servant leadership. Teknik analisis data dengan korelasi pearson product moment dan menggunakan bantuan SPSS versi 25.0 for windows. Hasil analisis menunjukkan tingkat signifikan yaitu sebesar 0.000 (P<0.05), berarti terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara servant leadership dengan organizational citizenship behavior. Nilai koefisien korelasi product moment dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebesar 0.627 (r=0.627), hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antara servant leadership dengan organizational citizenship behavior termasuk dalam hubungan yang kuat. Hasil koefisien korelasi tersebut juga menyatakan nilai yang positif, yang artinya hubungan antara kedua variabel searah sehingga apabila variabel servant leadership memiliki nilai yang tinggi maka variabel organizational citizenship behavior juga akan semakin tinggi.
This research aims to determine the relationship between servant leadership and organizational citizenship behavior among employees of PT. X. Existing human resources should be maintained and developed in order to run a company that is effective and able to achieve the goals owned by the company. This study uses a quantitative method with correlational analysis. The subjects used in this study were the permanent employees of the distribution department who worked at a household appliance distributor company in the city of Surabaya with a total of 75 employees. The sampling technique used is saturated samples. The data collection technique in this study was in the form of a psychological measuring scale of organizational citizenship behavior and servant leadership. Data analysis technique with pearson product moment correlation and using SPSS version 25.0 for windows. The results of the analysis show a significant level of 0.000 (P<0.05), meaning that there is a significant relationship between servant leadership and organizational citizenship behavior. The value of the product moment correlation coefficient in this study is 0.627 (r=0.627), these results indicate that the relationship between servant leadership and organizational citizenship behavior is included in a strong relationship. The results of the correlation coefficient also state a positive value, which means that the relationship between the two variables is in the same direction so that if the servant leadership variable has a high value, the organizational citizenship behavior variable will also be higher.
