IMPLEMENTATION OF DAPODIC MEDIA SYSTEM IN THE OPTIMIZATION OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF PAUD TEACHERS IN MOJOKERTO DISTRICT
Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji implementasi media sistem Dapodik dalam optimalisasi kompetensi profesional guru PAUD di Kabupaten Mojokerto. Melalui pembahasan hasil penelitian, ditemukan bahwa implementasi media sistem Dapodik secara keseluruhan mampu membantu lembaga PAUD dalam mengelola data dengan baik, termasuk dalam mengoptimalkan kompetensi profesional guru. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi media sistem Dapodik dan strategi pengelolaan yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan kualitas lembaga PAUD. Data yang terdapat dalam Dapodik menjadi landasan untuk mendapatkan dana bantuan operasional yang dapat digunakan dalam pengembangan kompetensi guru. Pengembangan kompetensi guru PAUD sebaiknya difokuskan pada guru yang belum memenuhi standar kompetensi, dengan melibatkan pelatihan, program kelanjutan studi, dan model pembelajaran yang relevan. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi kepada pihak terkait, seperti kepala sekolah dan pemerintah daerah, untuk terus mendorong penggunaan sistem Dapodik dalam pengelolaan data lembaga PAUD. Selain itu, kolaborasi antara kepala sekolah, guru, dan pemerintah daerah juga perlu ditingkatkan guna mendukung pengembangan kompetensi profesional guru PAUD. Dengan demikian, diharapkan kualitas pendidikan anak usia dini di Kabupaten Mojokerto dapat terus ditingkatkan melalui optimalisasi kompetensi profesional guru PAUD.

Abstract
This study aims to examine the implementation of the Dapodik media system in optimizing the professional competence of ECCE teachers in Mojokerto Regency. Through the discussion of the research results, it was found that the implementation of the Dapodik media system as a whole was able to assist ECCE institutions in managing data well, including in optimizing teacher professional competence. The results of this study show that the implementation of the Dapodik media system and management strategies carried out by school principals contribute to improving the quality of ECCE institutions. The data contained in Dapodik is the basis for obtaining operational assistance funds that can be used in teacher competency development. ECCE teacher competency development should focus on teachers who have not met competency standards, involving training, study continuation programs, and relevant learning models. This research provides recommendations to relevant parties, such as school principals and local governments, to continue to encourage the use of the Dapodik system in managing ECCE institution data. In addition, collaboration between school principals, teachers, and local governments also needs to be improved to support the development of ECCE teachers' professional competencies. Thus, it is expected that the quality of early childhood education in Mojokerto Regency can continue to be improved through optimizing the professional competence of ECCE teachers.
