Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran fisika yang valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk melatih keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa pada kegiatan pembelajaran momentum, impuls dan tumbukan di kelas X. Perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan adalah silabus, RPP, LKS, buku ajar siswa, instrumen tes keterampilan berpikir kritis dan hasil belajar siswa. Pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran untuk melatih keterampilan berpikir kritis ini mengacu pada model Dick and Carey. Perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan menggunakan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning. Model ini merupakan model pembelajaran yang menitik beratkan pada penyelesaian masalah dalam kehidupan sehari-hari agar keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa terlatih melalui kegiatan pemebelajaran.
Dalam penelian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan (Developmental research) pada perangkat pembelajaran model Problem Based Learning. Perangkat pembelajaran diuji cobakan pada kelas X MA Sumber Bungur Pakong Pamekasan pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2019/2020 dengan rancangan penelitian one group pretest-posttest design. Perangkat yang dikembangkan terlebih dahulu divalidasi oleh para ahli untuk mengetahui kelayakan perangkat pembelajaran yang diterapkan. Perangkat pembelajaran yang diimplementasikan menggunakan 3 kelas sebanyak 90 siswa kelas X dengan tiga kali replikasi. Pengamatan dilakukan untuk mengetahui kesesuain perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangakan dengan kegiatan pembelajaran yang dilakukan. Keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa dan hasil belajar siswa diukur menggunakan instrumen tes berupa soal essay 30 untuk keterampilan berpikir kritis dan 45 soal untuk hasil belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) perangkat pembelajaran yang sudah dikembangkan dinyatakan valid (2) keterbacaan BAS dan LKS berkategori sedang (3) keterlaksanaan pembelajaran berkategori sangat baik. (4) aktivitas siswa berkategori baik (5) keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa meningkat dengan kategori baik (6) hasil belajar siswa dinyatakan tuntas 100% (7) respon siswa tertarik terhadap pembelajaran sebesar 84,97%. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran fisika yang dikembangkan menggunakan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dinyatakan valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk melatih keterampilan berpikir kritis.

This research to produce valid, practical, and effective physics learning tools to train students' critical thinking skills in momentum, impulse and collision learning activities in class X. The learning device the developed are syllabus, lesson plans, worksheets, student textbooks and test instruments critical thinking skills and student learning outcomes. The development of learning tools to practice critical thinking skills refers to the Dick and Carey model. Learning tools developed using Problem Based Learning model. This model is a learning style that focused on solving of problems in daily life, so that students' critical thinking skills are trained through learning activities. In this study, it is a developmental research on the Problem Based Learning model of learning tools Problem Based Learning model. The learning device was tested in class X MA Sumber Bungur Pakong Pamekasan in the even semester of the 2019/2020 school year with a one group pretest-posttest design research design. The tools developed are validated first by experts to determine the feasibility of the applied learning tools. Learning tools implemented using 3 classes of 90 class X students with three replications. Observations were made to determine the suitability of the learning tools developed with the learning activities carried out. Students' critical thinking skills and student learning outcomes were measured using a test instrument in the form of 30 essay questions for critical thinking skills and 45 questions for student learning outcomes. The results showed that (1) the learning tools that had been developed were declared valid (2) the readability of BAS and worksheets was in the medium category (3) the learning implementation was categorized as very good. (4) good category student activity (5) students' critical thinking skills increased with good category (6) student learning outcomes declared complete 100% (7) student responses interested in learning amounted to 84.97%. This shows that the physics learning device developed using the Problem Based Learning learning model is valid, practical, and effective for training critical thinking skills.
