Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis data pengaruh pembelajaran daring, budaya organisasi sekolah, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMK YPM Sidoarjo, semakin akurat dan autentik sistem penilaian kinerja guru yang didapatkan semakin besar potensi nilainya dan diperlukan pembelajaran daring, budaya organisasi sekolah, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja yang berkualitas dan baik.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan variabel laten. Konstruk eksogen yaitu pembelajaran daring, budaya organisasi sekolah, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja, serta konstruk endogen yaitu kinerja guru. Populasinya berjumlah 296 guru. Penetapan sampel dengan teknik sampiling total, yaitu sebanyak 280 guru. Tehnik analisis data menggunakan analisis statistika SPSS ( Statistical Package for the Social Sciences ).
Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa tidak adanya pengaruh yang signifikan pembelajaran daring terhadap kinerja guru, adanya pengaruh yang signifikan budaya organisasi sekolah terhadap kinerja guru, adanya pengaruh yang signifikan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru, adanya pengaruh yang signifikan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru, Adanya pengaruh secara simultan yang signifikan pembelajaran daring, budaya organisasi sekolah, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru.
Manfaat hasil temuan penelitian, dapat dijadikan saran dan menjadikan sumber informasi untuk pengambil kebijakan, bagi pimpinan terutama ketua yayasan, kepala sekolah di Sidoarjo dan Jawa Timur untuk mengambil manfaat dari hasil penelitian ini sebagai acuan dalam mengevaluasi, melakukan pengawasan, pembinaan, memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan ilmu sumber daya manusia, khususnya guru melalui pembuktian dengan model penilaian kinerja guru secara rutin, teratur dan berkelanjutan.
Selanjutnya bisa dijadikan role model yang merupakan kebaruan /novelty yaitu penilaian kinerja guru secara on line dilakukan secara rutin, teratur dan berkelanjutan dalam meningkatkan prestasi dan kinerja guru. Berdasarkan hasil temuan penelitian ini juga disarankan kepada para peneliti yang berminat untuk mengkaji lebih lanjut tentang variabel- variabel lain yang mempengaruhi kinerja guru di masa mendatang.

This study aims to describe and analyse data on the influence of online learning, school organisational culture, principal leadership, and work motivation on the performance of YPM Sidoarjo Vocational School teachers. An increasingly accurate and authentic system of teacher performance appraisal systems is obtained by the greater potential value and requirements of online learning, school organisational culture, principal leadership, and quality and good work motivation. This study uses a quantitative approach with latent variables. Exogenous constructs are online learning, school organisational culture, principal leadership, and work motivation, and endogenous constructs are teacher performance. The population includes 296 teachers. Determination of samples with a total sampling technique, which includes as many as 280 teachers. The data analysis techniques use the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) application.
The results stated that there was no significant influence on online learning on teacher performance, the significant influence of school organizational culture on teacher performance, the significant influence of the principal's leadership on teacher performance, there was a significant influence on working motivation on teacher performance, there was an influence Simultaneous that is significant online learning, school organizational culture, principal leadership, and work motivation for teacher performance.
The benefits of research findings can be used as suggestions and sources of information for policymakers. For leaders, especially the Chairperson of the Foundation and principals in Sidoarjo and East Java, to take advantage of the results of this study as a reference in evaluating, conducting supervision, coaching, and contributing to the development of human resources, especially teachers, through proof with a model of measuring teacher performance routinely, regularly, and sustainably, Furthermore, it can be used as a role model, which is a novelty, namely an online assessment of teacher performance measurements to improve teacher achievement and performance. Based on the findings of this research, it is also advisable for researchers who are interested in studying further other variables that affect teacher performance in the future.
