Tujuan penelitian ini adalah; (1) mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan tentang model virtual peer supervision bagi guru dalam meninggkatkan professional guru untuk menciptakan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas; (2) mengembangkan desain model virtual peer supervision bagi guru di sekolah yang tepat; (3) menghasilkan model virtual peer supervision bagi pengawas sekolah yang praktis. Supervisi pendidikan adalah bantuan profesional kesejawatan yang dilakukan melalui dialog kajian masalah pendidikan untuk menemukan solusi dalam meningkatkan kemampuan profesional kepala sekolah, guru dan staf sekolah lainnya guna memaksimalkan kinerja sekolah menuju tercapainya mutu pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan waterfall dari proses pengembangan tersebut diperoleh hasil validasi ahli media mendapatkan persentase sebesar 98,8%, hasil validasi ahli materi mendapatkan persentase sebesar 89,2%. Hasil uji coba terbatas mendapatkan persentase sebesar 85%. Hasil uji coba utama mendapatkan persentase sebesar 86,3%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa media virtual peer supervision berbasis website layak digunakan.
The purpose of this researched was; (1) finding out and describing virtual peered supervision models for teachers in improving teacher professionalism to create quality human resources; (2) developing a virtual peered supervision model design for teachers in the schools; (3) producing a virtual peered supervision model for school supervisors practically. Educational supervision was professional assistance provided through dialogue on studies of educational problems to find solutions in improving the professional abilities of school principals, teachers and other school staff to maximize school performance towards achieving educational quality. This researched uses the waterfall development method. From the development process, the results of the validation of media experts obtained a percentage of 98. 8%, the results of the validation of the material experts get a percentage of 89. 2%. Limited trial results get a percentage of 85%. The main trial results get a percentage of 86. 3%. So it could be concluded that the website-based virtual peered supervision media was feasible to used
