MOTION GRAPHIC VIDEO DEVELOPMENT COURSES DEVELOPMENT OF AUDIO/RADIO MEDIA MATERIALS FORMAT OF AUDIO PROGRAM PRESENTATION FOR S1 STUDENTS OF EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGY UNIVERSITY STATE OF SURABAYA
Tujuan penelitian pengembangan ini adalah (1) Untuk menghasilkan hasil akhir berupa sebuah produk Video Motion graphic dengan materi Format Penyajian Program Audio mata kuliah Pengembangan Media Audio/Radio pada peserta didik S1 Kurikulum dan Teknologi Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Surabaya. (2) Untuk mengetahui kelayakan dari media Motion graphic dengan menggunakan angket dan didapatkan hasil bahwa persentase kelayakan validasi ahli materi mendapatkan 85%, ahli media 85% dan bahan penyerta 89,3% dengan analisis data menggunakan skala Likert yang menunjukkan bahwa materi, media dan bahan penyerta sangat layak digunakan saat pembelajaran. (3) Untuk mengetahui keefektifan media Video Motion graphic dengan cara menggunakan uji coba pre-test dan post-test. Hasil pre-test menunjukkan hasil nilai rata-rata 63,89, setelah dilakukan penerapan media video motion graphic menunjukkan peningkatan hasil nilai dengan rata-rata 87,34. Dengan selisih perbandingan 24,67 dapat dikatakan bahwa media video motion graphic dengan materi Format Penyajian Program Audio layak dan efektif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa S1 Kurikulum dan Teknologi Pendidikan

The objectives of this development research are (1) To produce a final result in the form of a Video Motion graphic product with Audio Program Presentation Format material for Audio/Radio Media Development courses for undergraduate students, Curriculum and Educational Technology, State University of Surabaya. (2) To determine the feasibility of Motion graphic media using a questionnaire and the results obtained that the percentage of eligibility for validation of material experts is 85%, media experts are 85% and accompanying materials are 89.3% with data analysis using a Likert scale which shows that the material, media and accompanying material is very suitable for use during learning. (3) To determine the effectiveness of Video Motion graphic media by using pre-test and post-test trials. The results of the pre-test showed an average score of 63.89, after the application of motion graphic video media showed an increase in the score with an average of 87.34. With a comparison difference of 24.67, it can be said that motion graphic video media with Audio Program Presentation Format material is feasible and effective to improve student learning outcomes for Undergraduate Curriculum and Educational Technology.
