ANALISIS KINERJA PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN BERDASARKAN RASIO PERTUMBUHAN PENDAPATAN DAN BELANJA DANA DESA DI DESA KESONGO KECAMATAN KEDUNGADEM KABUPATEN BOJONEGORO

              Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja pemerintah Desa Kesongo periode tahun 2018-2022 berdasarkan Rasio, Rasio Pertumbuhan, dan Rasio Pendapatan, Rasio Efisiensi, dan Rasio Efektivitas. Penelitian menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data Dokumentasi yang berupa Laporan Realisasi Anggaran dan APBD tahun 2018 s/d 2022. Analisis data menggunakan analisis rasio keuangan yang terdiri dari rasio Pertumbuhan, rasio Pendapatan, rasio efisiensi dan rasio efektivitas. Kinerja keuangan pemerintah desa Kesongo Kecamatan Kedungadem dilihat dari aspek Rasio Pertumbuhan Dana Desa di Desa Kesongo selama Tahun 2018-2022 berkategori efektif. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan pemerintah Desa Kesongo dalam mencapai target Dana Desa sudah efektif karena sudah mencapai 100%. Rinciannya adalah pada tahun 2018 sebesar 80,90%, tahun 2019 sebesar 91,60%, tahun 2020 sebesar 100% begitu juga tahun 2021 dan menurun menjadi 99,95% pada tahun 2022.

This research aims to determine the performance of the Kesongo Village government for the 2018-2022 period based on ratios, growth ratios and income ratios, efficiency ratios and effectiveness ratios. The research uses documentation data collection techniques in the form of Budget Realization Reports and APBD for 2018 to 2022. Data analysis uses financial ratio analysis consisting of Growth ratios, Income ratios, efficiency ratios and effectiveness ratios. The financial performance of the Kesongo village government, Kedungadem District, seen from the aspect of the Village Fund Growth Ratio in Kesongo Village during 2018-2022 is in the effective category. This shows that the Kesongo Village government's ability to achieve the Village Fund target is effective because it has reached 100%. The details are in 2018 it was 80.90%, in 2019 it was 91.60%, in 2020 it was 100% as well as in 2021 and decreased to 99.95% in 2022.
