Education in Indonesia, especially at the vocational high school (SMK)
level, plays an important role in developing students' potential to be ready for
the world of work. Effective learning is needed to develop students' skills,
especially in the area of entrepreneurship. This study aims to examine the
influence of motivation, creativity, and cooperation in learning based on the
Project Based Learning (PBL) model on students' learning achievement at SMK
Negeri 4 Bojonegoro, especially in the subject of Creative Projects and
Entrepreneurship with the theme of Business Opportunities material.
This study uses quantitative methods with correlation approach. The
study population consisted of grade XI students majoring in Software
Engineering with a sample size of 127 students. The research instruments
included questionnaires to measure motivation, creativity, and collaboration,
and tests to assess students' learning achievement in the cognitive aspect. Data
analysis was conducted using multiple regression tests to evaluate the
simultaneous and partial effects of these variables on student learning
achievement.
The results showed that motivation, creativity, and collaboration significantly
influenced students' learning achievement in entrepreneurship. Among the
three factors, motivation contributes the most to improving learning
achievement, followed by creativity and collaboration. In addition, the
independent variables simultaneously showed a significant positive influence on
learning achievement with a contribution of 91.8% to the variation in learning
achievement. These findings highlight the importance of implementing learning
strategies that can optimize motivation, creativity, and collaboration in
entrepreneurship education.
